I've been to Preston Wynne about twice and I do prefer the Los Gatos location. As other reviewers of the Saratoga location have mentioned, that one has some more rude staff. The Los Gatos location is clean, has a beautiful ambiance and in general the staff are very friendly although they do want you to buy their products and like to remind you of them at every opportunity. I don't come here as often any more since I prefer Burke Williams or La Belle. The prices are a bit high for what you get, although all the masseuses I've worked with have been excellent in comparison to other places where it is more hit and miss. I'll come back if I have lots of money to burn and I feel like I want a guaranteed lovely experience. I love their rose oil massage.

Located in Hotel Los Gatos, Preston Wynne is a very nice, upscale spa. The clinicians are extremely professional and friendly. They do try to up-sell you products, but aren't pushy about it.
