Daniel Sabillion is possibly one of the worst management companies we have ever worked with. To have anything done required at least four emails or phone calls. He lied about having done specific work, financial reports were only sent after he'd been reminded time and again. If we asked him to come to our board meetings he said he would, then would cancel at the last minute.

If you asked him for an estimate for a job it was always twice what other estimates were. If he oversaw a project it would come in over budget--possibly twice what you'd agreed for.

He paid some bills, not others. Some he paid twice. He once paid one of our utility bills three times. He has bounced our checks, then made us pay for late fees.

I wish our building had never hired him, he left us in a financial mess, and ended up costing us far more than we could have imagined. We chose him for his reasonable rates, and for the reviews here, online. That was a mistake.

I am a President of Nostrand Gardens co-op in Brooklyn. We change our management co 4-5 month ago and I am so happy. I see the professional, responsible, very helpful, and very honest people in the new management co. They provide all financial reports in a right time, you should not spend all day to find some documentation or get some information, they always answer on the phone calls or email, you can get any suggestion and advice if you need it. I am glad and proud to be with this management co. I recommend to all co-op, if you have a problem with your management co or you found something illegal, do not scare to change the management.
