The cleaning man made a positive first impression by calling ahead to give a more specific arrival time within the agreed up "window." But then... before beginning his work, he talked me into a more expensive treatment to "disinfect" my sofa (which has a pull-out bed). Then I had to leave for an appointment before he finished the job, and he insisted that I pay before leaving. When I returned, I was very disappointed to see the end result of his work. 1) There was lots of dog hair still on my sofa. 2) He left a scrub brush smashed inside the bed part. 3) He folded up the pull-out bed while it was still very wet! Ick.

So...I wouldn't recommend this company if you want pet hair cleaned off of your sofa or carpet OR if you have a pull-out bed. If you just want a piece of furniture or your rug freshened up a bit, they will probably be able to do a decent job. Don't make the same mistakes I did... Do not let them talk you into a more expensive treatment because it's probably not worth it. Also, do not pay before you see the end result. I will not use this service again.

they were able to perform the work with very little notice
the sofa came out realy clean i couldent belive.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The rugs and carpets sold at Sunflower Carpet are wonderful and full of color. I did not know what to buy for my living room. The staff members are kind and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave me great advice on how to clean and take care of my new carpet.
