.. and by 'the worst', this includes serving staff, the management, the amount of time from ordering food to actually getting the food, etc..
.. the food was alright, but was undercooked, most-likely because of the kitchen's scramble to get the food to my table ASAP.
Go somewhere else, my friend. Go somewhere else.
