My young daughter took her perfectly running car, that had just been tuned up, to them for an oil change. Immediately after picking it up, it ran poorly. She took it back and they told her she needed spark plugs/wires and charged her 170.00. We will be filing complaints with BBB, etc. BEWARE.

Econo Lube worked on my Brakes. I had shopped around estimates and they quoted me the best price. I was pleased that the job was done in a reasonable time frame. I couldn't believe that they didn't try to man handle me into making purchases that I didn't need. The merely explained services to me and let me choose. Imagine that! I always go into those places with a firm determination to say NO! But here I actually said YES, because they took the time to explain to me the value of completing some of these services.
