Apex Duct And Chimney Cleaning

We were shopping around for a chimney cleaning and air duct service. While this company was not the least expensive their service was the BEST I have ever experienced. The guy Michael was very detail orientated and very careful about moving our things in our home and making a mess. He answered all of our questions and we found their company's website was very informative. This companys excellent customer service unfortunatly is at a level you don't see from many companies anymore. They even called us a few days later to see how things were going and if we had any suggestions to improve the services. We're having our dryer cleaned next month and we know who we're using!

We highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I had my chimney and dryer cleaned. Our dryer wasn't working at all. We bought a new dryer and it was actually working worse. When the appliance man came out he checked it and told us we needed to have vent cleaned. We called around and decided on using this company because 1) their prices were reasonable. 2) Very polite and informative. It has been awhile since we had our chimney cleaned and they even had a special for both saving us even more! My husband and I were astonished at how much lint was removed. This young man was very nice and replaced the tube behind the dryer informing us that it was a fire hazard and shouldn't have been used. We couldn't believe that the appliance guy didn't catch that. The guy from Apex told us they use that because it's easier for them to install at the owners expense. Well they're going to hear from me. We paid a lot of money to have it installed RIGHT! Apex's web site goes into details regarding the correct tube to use. We are planning on having this company come out next month to do our air ducts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone needing their services. Extremely professional and polite.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. Dryer wasn't working had Sears guy check it out. He said the dryer was fine and that the vent was probable clogged. He recommended this company said he even used them for his vent. So I checked them out and called a few other companies. They had some good reviews and their prices were not bad too. Dude I was totally amazed at how much lint was in there. It works like it was a new machine now. I use to put the clothes in for about 4 - 6 hours and they still wouldn't be dry now it's like 40 MINUTES sweet! Only drawback is I don't have any reason not to get laundry caught up. I was telling co-workers about what happened and they said they have had the same problem, so I gave them their number. Totally cool thanks again...

I had our dryer and chimney done. Our dryer was taking forever to dry a load of clothes but the dryer was so hot to the touch. My wife was afraid it was going to catch on fire. I called around and found this company had reasonable prices and their web site was loaded with information about all of their services. They had a special where they clean the dryer and chimney saving us $40. We decided to have both done since we have not had the chimney done in a very long time. Wow, first I could not believe how much lint the guy removed from the dryer and then the chimney had a lot of soot also. They put us into their system to give us a call in a year to see how things are going. I was very impressed with how the office person answered all of our questions and how professional the guy that actually came out to do the work. Their objective is customer satisfaction, well this is one customer that is satisfied. I got a couple extra cards from the service guy and passed them along to our neighbors. We replaced the dryer thinking it was bad. The cloths were still not drying we went back to the appliance store and they told us the dryer vent needs cleaning. So I called around and the gentleman on the phone was so nice & their prices were reasonable too. When the service man came out to clean the vent, I was amazed at the amount of lint that was in it. The service guy was very professional, he moved a picture I had on the wall prior to the cleaning. He didn't want to take a chance and accidentally break it. He had the dryer moved, cleaned and back in place in no time. He even vacuumed behind the washer and dryer. He got some information from me and said they would put us into their computer and call us in a year to see if we need the cleaning again "with no obligation". Our dryer works so well now. We are recommending apex to everyone we know.

This is an excellent family run business, I read a ton of great reviews on this company. The service man that showed up was clean, on time, knew his stuff and was an honest and very pleasant guy. We were able to get an appointment on the next day of my call, he gave us a more than fair price. That was a plus to great service. I will use them again in the future and recommend this company to ANYONE who wants great service at a fair price!

He took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of our questions. We seen a special on the news about dryer fires so we had the dryer cleaned out. He also overheard me talking with my husband about moving some furniture in our living room and offered to help move it while he was there. That really helped us out a lot since our son wasn't getting down here until next month. Dryer works so much better now and I was amazed at how much lint was removed. We highly recommended this company.

Took like 4 hours to do duct cleaning but we don't have headaches and congestion anymore. I also ordered a special filter and uv light for ducts. My oldest son has extremely bad breathing problems and I heard that these may help reduce some or all of his problems. I talked with Michael about it and he highly recommended them. He gave me his website to research it some more. I called him the next day to have them ordered. My next service is going to be the dryer. Wow I can't believe all of this information I had no clue about. Thank you so much Michael for helping our son sleep better at night.

Was getting smoke inside home from chimney. I figured we needed to have chimney cleaned. When he arrived he inspected the chimney inside & out. Come to find out I had some brush that was not allowing the smoke to exit. He told me that he would feel bad charging me for a cleaning that didn't need. So they just charged me $35 for a service call instead of the $125 for the cleaning. That REALLY made my day and saving money is always a good thing.

I was impressed with technicians knowledge and mannerism. I had our dryer cleaned, technician cut to the chase and had the dryer moved and was done in no time. When he was done he touched up what little mess there was. I was very impressed and our dryer works like new!

You don't see this very often a company that REALLY cares about its customers. Very knowledgeable and polite. Answered all of my questions and before he left asked if he answered all of my questions I had and added that if I have any other questions to either give us a call or check out their website www.apexsocal.com I found a lot of good information here. If you need one of these services this company is definitely the one to use. Very professional, courteous & took the time to explain everything. I was going to go with one of those companies that was advertising for $45 for the whole house. Something told me I should make a few calls first. I was so glad I did, I was given the scoop on those type of companies. After shopping around and asking a lot of questions of different companies I ended up going with this company. I ended up paying a little more than I was hoping for until I seen what was ACTUALLY involved. The representative explained to me "You can either pay someone to have the system 'a little less dirty' or pay a little more to have the system thoroughly cleaned?"

I really love their attention to detail and also their work ethic. They're very professional and they take time to explain what they are doing. They're costs are very reasonable and they do an excellent job. We also had to have our dryer vent/duct cleaned out. He worked quickly, and got it cleared in no time. We have a pretty long duct to clean,one that goes up and over the ceiling, and he was able to clean all the lent completely out. We now can use our dryer again. We were really impressed in how quickly he got the job done! I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have any of their services done. Their office gave me 2 hour window for them to be here and unlike other companies I have dealt with, this one was here at the top of the window what a nice surprise. I didn't have to sit at home waiting 1/2 day for another company to finally show up. All with NO MESS!!!
