The idea behind leasing an office from Regus was excellent for my start up real estate company. We found an office in their Central Square location that fit our needs well.

Things went well for awhile, but then we started noticing that our company card was getting double charged, or not charged, or sometimes had unexplained extra charges! There was always "a simple explanation" and things usually got worked out (when I called corporate billing in Texas and talked to 6 people).

The most comical charges came when they tried charging companies $100 per person for internet access (which was Comcast service farmed out) and wouldn't allow us to bring in our own service providers... I wonder if Comcast knows about this? Legal?
Eventually all the other tenants and us ganged up and fought this (we won the battle after 2 months).

The most annoying charges came at the end of our lease. Move Out Fees including $200+ for 3 months after we moved out to forward our mail!

Moral of the story... Don't trust these guys and buy their stock. They are very polished and the offices work great if you can deal with getting charged for breathing. If you do go with them, make sure to read every little bit of fine print and request the "house rules" before you sign anything.

Pros: Great Accomodations / Facilities are excellent.

Cons: Billing is ridiculous. They charge for everything!
