I gave Henry Ortiz my initial deposit. We scheduled a date for the furnace replacement. He cashed my check then never showed up to replace my furnace. He never called and my calls go to his voicemail. Then the voicemail says it is " full try again later". I believe this is a scam. There is no answer at his home either. To say the least I have problems at home because of this.
I want my initial deposit back for it is substantial for me.

Latino business are popping everywhere. It is people like him who give the Lation race a bad name.

kc air conditioning came in to conduct a tune up.
I informed them that the unit was not working properly. I let the tech know that I had a three zone system and zone three was not cooling.

He found the problem quickly and he let us know what was wrong and how it can be repaired. He gave us a decent quote on the repair. He returned within the hour and fixed the problem and also conducted the tune up.

They were very helpful in teaching me how to maintain my unit throughout the year to minimize any problems that may arise. I have contracted with this company to replace a failed boiler. Henry Ortiz convinced me that a heat pump was the way to go, as he has the same system installed at his home and guaranteed that the energy cost will not exceed $250/month. Henry Ortiz, the owner of this company has been singularly, the worst contractor I had worked with. Beginning with charging me to not completing the installation. He promised to charge $3000.00, instead charged me $6700.00 without notifying me. He and his crew took 3 days to (he promised it would be completed in 2), did not complete the job. He stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I lodged a complaint with ServiceMagic. He promised to refund the entire amount both to me and ServiceMagic but not has done so, so far. I had the installation inspected by two individual HVAC companies, technicians from both companies described the installation as a ??disaster? and need of urgent repair/replacement. There were several code violations post installation. The system burned the electrical wiring in two weeks (cost of repair $800). System never shutdown in the last two months except when it was 60 degree outside (cost of electricity $1700, I can provide electric bills). Had to stay at a hotel for 10 days when the system broke down (cost $1000). Mr. Ortiz told me there was a blockage in the venting system which he stated as the reason for not being able to heat the home (cost of vent inspection and cleaning $600). He was supposed to clean the jobsite which was never done, the old boiler, all of the packaging material of the heat pump, etc are still laying in my backyard. He tried to clean the carpet with my vacuum and broke the vacuum (cost $200). No refund and no response from him thus far. Total cost due to the debacle to me is $11000 and climbing and no proper heat. This company did not even install an air filter causing the system to collect dust and other debris. With lack of proper heat and improper installation, my family and I are constantly sick with cold and allergies
