I found the company over the Internet. I needed some tough stains removed from my carpet. I had a great experience with them. Their technician was very professional and did an awesome job removing all the stains. All the process was explained and he was courteous, friendly and on time. Excellent company. We did our carpet cleaning after it was repaired. All services were explained in a very professional and clear manner. Technician was very friendly, very well educated and capable. He took care of all minimum details, spots and stains. We loved how the carpet looked and how fast it dried! And they use all natural products, too. Excellent! We highly recommend their services..

I checked on four floor cleaners in this directory for carpet and hardwood floor. I used Natura because I liked the way the owner explained the company services to me. I also liked their website and the fact that they are natural and real people living in Sterling. In fact I see them some times at the local grocery. Their services are excellent, I did the carpet cleaning and the hardwood floor rejuvenating cleaning. My floors look like new, now. I am very satisfied with their services.

They cleaned the carpet in the basement and the kitchen floor. I have 3 dogs and two of them got sick and my basement, which is my office, was looking and smelling miserable. After checking at a few carpet cleaning companies in my area, I also called Natura as when I saw their company in a local website that serves my community. They came by to check on my carpets and also gave me an estimate for my kitchen tile. To make a long story short, let me tell you that I will never call any other floor cleaning company.Their services are really great and their team is the best friendly, educated and professional as I've seem in the service industry. We live in Herndon and we were very happy for finding and using this company. The owner is a certified technician, very educated customer oriented type of people, the one you would want to do business with.
We had a great time when the owners of the company, Bill and Julia showed up to check our carpet and do the work. Our carpet looks like new. We will use them again in the future. 100% guaranteed!

This company proved to be a much healthier and cost efficient choice for us. Their service, attitude and knowledge amazed us. They are a local family owned and operated business that cannot tolerate chemicals. They use non aggressive cleaning products - no smell, a deep cleaning that even vacuum before and after the job and a customer service that we have yet not seeing around DC. Their technician spent a long time teaching us about how carpet cleaning can be the first step that we can do to set our home free from molds, mites and bacteria. At the end, we were amazed with their job (carpet really looks and feels new) and customer service.We recommend it, 100%!
