By far the WORST place I have ever been!! Tried to enjoy my daughter's birthday as best as possible, but with it being 84 degrees inside an inflatable bounce place and the manager refusing to turn the AC on it was the worst birthday party we have ever had. The entire party was unorganized and the staff was clearly unprepared for our event. I cannot believe after booking my party through this company that we encountered so many issues with such a lack of concern. I am APPALLED! It was terrible watching the kids trying to play with sweat literally dripping off their faces, bright red cheeks, and begging for water every five seconds. It's sad when it's cooler outisde that it is inside. What a DANGEROUS environment! Half the party my daughter didn't even get to enjoy her day because of the unsafe conditions in this place. No manger was on duty. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was "not working" this weekend and he was not to be contacted. I don't know who does business like this and I will never step foot in Jump Zone ever again. I know no one at our party will give this place business after going through this experience and I hope none of you will either after reading this. I am truly disgusted and I wish I had never booked my party here. It was embarrasing and uncomfortable. In so many words I was told that the owner didn't care and that he had no intention on making our experience a positive one. With all the people my friends know with children, I hope this is shared and you warn your friends to stay away from this place!! My daughter's birthday was ruined and it is a moment I will never get back.

Business Response:

This is a grossly exaggerated comment by this client. It was explained to her that we were having a problem with one of the a/c units in our facility and that it was going to be fixed on Monday. Her party was this past Friday night. There was nothing that could be done on a Friday night to remedy this problem. We apologized to her a number of times. Also, it was NOT 84 degrees in my building. It reached a high of 78 degrees and yes this is warmer than it normally would be, however as stated there was nothing we could do at the time. We opened the front door for her to let some cooler air in our building. Also, there were 4 other parties that night and NONE of them had a problem with the heat in our building. In fact, they gave us GREAT reviews. There was not 1 BUT 2 managers up front when this client had her party and 4 associates on the floor to help the children. PLENTY of staff! There was absolutely NOTHING unsafe in our building as this client falsely states as we run a very professional operation at all times. I am the owner and was called by my managers telling me that the client was cursing at them with extremely poor language in front of other people's children that were up front by he register!! Extremely unprofessional and in poor taste. The client's husband came to the front register on THREE different occasions to apologize for his wife's behavior. That is how poor her behavior was. It is unfortunate that some people feel the need to stoop that low and can't control their emotions in public.

We had a bad experience here. I have a 22 month old and a 3 year old. I've been to numerous bounce places (Bounce U, Monkey Joe's, etc) and I've never had a problem with my younger son being able to bounce. Not here. They won't let any children under 2 bounce. BEWARE parents of young children. So basically, my younger son was upset that he couldn't follow his brother and we didn't get to bounce at all. They have a play area for toddlers, but it's not like I can let my 3 year old go play by his self and watch my 22 month old in the toddler area or vice versa. We will never return, even after my younger son turns 2. I can't even imagine the logistical horrors of this place during a birthday party with children of different ages present. There are lots of bounce houses in the triangle - save your money and go somewhere else.

It was explained to this client as we explain to all of our clients that adults are NOT allowed on our inflatables for SAFETY reasons and we will stand by this rule. It was also explained that children that have not turned 2 are not allowed on the inflatables for SAFETY reasons. There is a toddler area for them to play in. We do NOT believe in any way that this is good business to allow children under 2 on the inflatables and the manufacturers of our inflatables agree as well. Most of our clients obviously understand what safety is all about and they thank us for keeping their children safe.

It was a well-executed party run by very professional, friendly people. The kids had a great time and we highly recommend Jump!Zone

We had a wonderful birthday party at JumpZone in Cary for my 5-yr-old son, and I would recommend this place to anyone with younger kids who like to jump around without being jumped on by older, rowdy kids. He picked this place because he loved the dinosaur-themed party room and fun inflatables, but I picked it because of the prices on their "specials" parties, helpful people who actually seemed to care, and my lack of headache when I leave there (versus Monkey Joe's, which is just too crazy.) I can actually keep track of my kids in this place, which is refreshing. The host helping us with our party was awesome and we didn??t have to worry about a thing. We were so impressed with the details they put into the party (they even remembered the name of the birthday boy??s brother!) Loved it and would do it again!

I had recently heard of Jump!Zone through friends and decided to try it because it was closer to our home than the trek out to Monkey Joes (Crossroads is a mess). First, Jump!Zone is overpriced by a few dollars and because I have more than two kids, that adds up. The first time I went I was overcharged and they gave me the run around and then did not comp me on the second visit due to the error. At least MJ has coupons online ($2 off (carycoupons.com) that do not expire) to help with the financial aspect. Second, their equipment is a little tired and has a lot of taping to keep it together. The only good news on their facility is its size...it is large when comparing to their competitor. Finally, their staff has become overbearing. The first few times we went the kids were treated with respect and told to have fun. But then, the last few times my son and daughter were on one jump ride together and having a ball and both 'referees' instructed my daughter (dinky 4 yr old) to be careful and not jump too close to my son (huge 2.5 yr old) as to not hurt him. I was standing right there and clearly if I am unconcerned - they should not be concerned. No other children were on this ride or even close to it. Save your money, save your sanity, and let your kids have fun actually jumping on the equipment!!

This place is terrible. Be careful. The inflatables are not well supervised, so even if you're watching your own children there is no assistance to manage other children. The inflatables are all taped up and cause injuries to the children when they catch the tape on the way down. To make matters worse - the man Mike behind the counter couldn't be more rude and insulting. Bounce at your own risk.

Business Response:

This client was upset immediately after I told her that adults were NOT allowed on our inflatables for SAFETY reasons. I guess in her mind this is rude. This is what set her off to state what she has stated. Go figure. There is a little tape on 2 inflatables which is totally NORMAL in the inflatable industry as this is the process that is followed when there is wear and tear. The tape is put on in such a way so the kids do NOT catch themselves on it when they go down the slides. We have an extremely clean and safe building at Jump!Zone and will continue to maintain these very high standards.

My 3 year old son had a WONDERFUL time here today. It was our first time going and we will for sure be back! Staff was great. They have little stools to help those smaller ones get into the inflatables. Large variety of inflatables with cool features. They have plenty of seating for parents and air hockey was a blast as well (and FREE!) Can't beat the cost and location for a few hours of non stop fun!

My surprise was how attentive the staff was with the children. One friend said she could focus more on her youngest, knowing her older son was watched over by the helpers. I just had to find out how they did, so I went. I've since gone back a number of times and my children love it. The staff all take great care in helping the little ones thru difficult sections and watching the older ones to make sure they didn't get too wound up or wild. I am a very (probably "over") protective parent and I felt safe letting my little ones have a little room to play. They got the feeling of freedom, and I got the knowledge of knowing they were safely watched when I couldn't see them inside an inflatable. Kudos to the training of the staff there!

Jump Zone is a great place and my kids had a ball. The thing that killed it for me though was that my child was able to escape through one of the "emergency exit" doors and run out to the parking lot. I am not one of those parents that just sit and surf the net while their kids run wild. I was watching both kids and before I knew it, one of them was out the door, no emergency alarm or anything.

Jump!Zone has a great staff who work real well with the kids. The staff has a great attitude. Unlike other inflatable places in the area, Jump!Zone is extremely clean and very reasonably priced. They are only $7.00 per child ALL the time and they are very easy to get to. My 3 kids absolutely love it!

I don't know when jumping became such a craze but my grandkids love it! My grandson's daycare held their "graduation" at Jump!Zone and the kids could not have been happier. I've never seen such huge inflatables nor heard so much "happy" noise in my life. The kids - teachers, parents and some grandparents - had a great time running, jumping, sliding and playing. I really liked the rules that are enforced to ensure the safety of all children even those with food allergies. This is a great place for birthday parties, family fun night, or just a play day. Have fun.
