I got a great deal on a '10 Elantra. I have to mention that the staff was very professional and easy to deal with. They did give me some of the standard car salesman gimmicks but once I told them I used to sell cars myself, they cut to the chase.

Your internet staff - Darryl Baxter was great. There was no 'come ons', no attempts to have me call instead of using the internet ( which is why Rick Case did NOT get my business). Mr. Baxter was honest, easy to work with and I believe he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. AND.....I was very happy I bought my Hyundai from Jim Ellis and through Darryl Baxter. It was the best car buying experieince I have ever had. You WILL have repeat business from me.I have already recomended Mr. Baxter to several friends and would recomed your company anytime.\n

After researching Hyundai I went to do a test drive and was I surprised. Not only with the car but also with the level of professionalism by the sales staff at Jim Ellis. I purchased through their Internet Department and It was the smoothest transaction I have ever made buying a car and I will give credit to Virginia Baxter who was so nice and up front making the purchase of my Elantra Touring so easy and such a pleasure.

This place only cares about getting your wallet! They were so kind when my wife and I bought our vehicles from them and now that we need help over them overcharging my wife- can't get anyone to return my calls and disappeared! Long story short their service department will rip you off by.making up high costs without any justification. I called 3 other hyundai dealerships in Atlanta and got quotes for the exact same work that this dealership had done and $500-600 difference in price. This place being more expensive. This place charged $1620 for 60k ck up, some front brakes, and timing belt that they scared my wife into thinking she needed it. Trust me call around to other dealerships and stay away from these guys.
