Buying a jeep turned into a space shuttle launch. It took 4 LONG hours to get a deal worked up. Then we had to come back the next night to complete the necessary paperwork. We found that the salesman had not properly explained the terms of the deal. Worse the contract servicer lied to us about contract add-ins claiming they were required by the finance company. Between the GAP insurance and Extended Warranty they tacked on an extra $2000 to the deal. They made money off our trade in. They made money off the sale of a new vehicle. They made money off the add ins in the contract. And the greedy bastards stole the credit we had from a prior service contract. I seriously do NOT recommend this dealership. They will rob you blind.

I can't speak for the sales side of this dealership but I DEFINATELY do not recommend them for servicing your vehicle. My auto is under a service warranty through Chrysler and they are the closest to my house. I had my van towed there on Monday to have a power steering problem fixed. They called Wednesday to let me know it was "fixed". When I picked it up, it was making a whining sound that wasn't there before. I asked the customer service rep why it was doing that and the mechanic told him that was normal and to give it up to 500 miles to allow the air bubbles to work their way out of the hose. I took it home and my husband said that was definately not normal so we went back up there together and they told him the same thing without checking it. We go back home and wake upThursday morning to the fluid leaking out again. It hadn't leaked out all the way so I made it to the dealership without the power steering going out (luckily). I sit there for a while and my name gets called over the speaker to pick up my van. The cashier hands me the key...no one explains to me what they did...I wait for them to pull my van around outside with 3 other customers for about 10 minutes in the freezing cold. The paperwork says the problem this time is a "faulty hose clamp". Take it home. Next morning fluid leaked all over the driveway AGAIN. This time I call the manager to explain the situation...he promises he will ensure it is handled. Tow truck picks it up. I get a call that night to come pick it up. I now ask them what they did and they say the hose they originally put on was too short so they had to put a longer one on! I go to pick it up and miraculously the bubbles must have worked their way out because there is no more whining sound. The manager, however, never followed up with me to make sure it was taken care of... I thought I was in the clear never to have to return again....Of course I was wrong...The next morning, AGAIN, I wake up and start the car and don't even have time to shut the door when I hear a whoosh of the fluid pouring out. So AGAIN I call the manager who AGAIN promises to put a different mechanic on it and will oversee everything. Dinner goes by, no call. At 6pm I call and they tell me the service dept closed for the weekend at 3pm...They will not be open tomorrow (Sunday) and I have to go back to work Monday with no car! No one even considered calling me to tell me they weren't done by closing time or to update me. So now I wait until Monday to start the process over again with absolutely no resolution! To top it off, we went to open the hood on Wednesday, and the handle to pop it open is broken off and missing! We know it wasn't us and after asking them about this of course they deny it. So through this experience, I am warning anyone considering using this dealership, save yourself the headache and STAY FAR AWAY!
