Clay was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me up to date on repairs via telephone calls. He followed through on all items we discussed.I am incredibly satisfied with
your entire department.
The salesman was great. He was a large help and did not wear me out with pushiness.Very satisfied.
5Great service!Courteous!Professional!I really appreciated the shuttle service to work also!
5The staff is friendly and so very nice and no matter what you go there for they treat you like you are number 1.
5Gary Settles and Jon Ellis were great people to work with. They took care of me as soon as I came in the door and treated me with respect. I was in and out with my trade in n less than an hour and half with a good deal !!
5I've recently been looking for a new vehicle. The first place that I stopped was Isuzu-Paul Miller Ford-Mazda to test drive a Mazda CX-9 and a Ford Edge. You'd think that the 2 businesses weren't connected.
I got great service at Mazda. The salesman that helped me answered all of my questions, let me test drive the vehicle, too some information, and told me to call him when I was ready. He promised that he wouldn't bother me, knowing that I was going to be test driving other vehicles, and he's left me alone - which I appreciate.
My service on the Ford side of the house was less than thrilling. I walked around for a pretty long time near the Edges before and had several salesman pass me with other customers. They didn't bother to say hello or send someone else to help me. I finally walked all the way up to the offices to finally find someone to help me. The salesman couldn't answer the questions I had about the vehicle, and didn't seem to know much about it. He refused to let me test drive a vehicle without copying my license first - which is interesting because the salesman at Mazda didn't require this. When I test drove the vehicle the salesman didn't seem to know anything about the vehicle and was awkward in conversation.
I later found out that the salesman could have also helped me at Ford. My recommendation - have the salesmen at Mazda help you at both branches.

I looked at other paul Miller car dealerships and they all seem the same, save the effort and go somewhere that is professional and curteous. I do not recommend.
