I had acne problems so I went to Heidi and it has cleared up tremendously! She is so flexible! Every time I go to her, she takes a look at my skin and based on that assessment, she'll adjust her treatment. Like today, my skin needed hydration so she used oxygen treatment. Since I have sensitive skin, she always makes sure if I'm comfortable with the product that she's putting on me. Heidi is so friendly and always takes care of me! I would recommend her to anyone!

I've tried several aesthecians over the years in south OC, all good experiences, but always returned to Heidi -- even following her when she moved a few times. I enjoy her professional treatment of my skin, the excellent products, and the wonderful rejuvenation and smoothness thereafter, as well as the great energy that emanates from her and her treatment room. I just close my eyes, leave my worries behind, and let Heidi take care of me. I trust her skin care choices 100%. Her facial treatment sometimes varies per visit, depending on my skin's condition. That's important as my skin ages since I'm in my mid-fifties. Also, she does a great brow tint & wax -- one of my regular staples with her. I highly recommend her services.

Heidi has been a God send to my skin! She is extremely talented in her technique. After having had my fair share of facials, I can appreciate true talent! She doesn't go into the facial with a set idea of what she is going to do, but rather, what you skin needs. She does microderm abrasion, great massage technique, as well as Oxygen, which leaves you feeling revitalized and refreshed.
Heidi has a great eye for shaping my eyebrows when waxing.
She uses high quality products, that you don't find at just any spa. She also takes her time and you never feel rushed.
Very flexible with scheduling!
My skin has never looked better!

I had tried everything to clear up my skin and nothing was working. Having never gone to an esthetician before, Heidi made me feel really comfortable and got me started with an Acne treatment. It's been about a month now and my skin has improved tremendously. She even got my eyebrows to look great! I highly recommend her services.

My skin has never looked better since trusting myself in Heidi's talented hands. The combination of ultra-relaxing massage with gentle exfoliation is perfect. I always fall asleep during my treatment and awake with amazing skin. It's also a pleasure to work next to her everyday with her positive attitude. Thanks Heidi!

I have also been to many estheticians and I have found the best now that I found Heidi. I was looking for a new place to go and I saw how Heidi was so hightly recomended in all the reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I have always had breakouts and it gets so frusterating. I have tried so many different products and had seen dermetologist to help. I have seen Heidi only 2 times so far and the results are dramatic. I dont even have to put make up on in the morning if I dont want to. My skin looks so beautiful and I cant wait to see Heidi because she keeps making my skin look better and better. She customises the facial to exactly what your skin needs and has the BEST products. I use the products that she recomended to me and they work amazingly. She is also great with eye brow waxing and I am very picky with this as well. Definitly make an appointment with Heidi because she is the BEST.

I?ve been having facials on regular basis and recently decided I needed to change estheticians because the cost of my normal facial skyrocketed. This prompted me to do some research on the internet and I chose Skin Renewal over a few others because the menu of services is diverse and very reasonably priced. I am so pleased that I went with Skin Renewal because Heidi is friendly and absolutely love?s what she does and it shows because she is very knowledgeable of skin care. I was really impressed how she examined by skin and was able to recommend a facial which I normally would not have chosen and the results were amazing. Also, I appreciated how she went the extra step and used additional products which would benefit my skin. Heidi also stressed the importance of having a good home care regimen and recommended a great skin care line which has enabled me to maintain the results of my facial and with daily use I?m noticing my skin is improving everyday. Thanks Heidi, I am so glad I found you!!

Heidi works in a peaceful and relaxing setting. No blowdryers or people talking loudly -only skin care at this location. (nail salon is just few doors down). After 15 years of having facials I have finally found a true skincare expert. She is knowledgeable and seeks out the best products available. Initially, I chose a facial off the menu she had in her brochure but Heidi goes a step further and adds in products and tools that will help my skin each visit. Every month it is such a treat to see what she has in store to make my skin look great. In the fall I have had a delicious smelling pumpkin peels and when my skin is parched the oxygen treatment is called for. With all of the various treatments, I am always left with smooth, glowing skin- and when people see me immediately after they can't believe I just had extractions. Heidi has a nurturing, calming and optimistic personality which adds to the whole "Skin Renewal" experience!

My daughter and I came to Heidi at the urging of a friend. We were looking for help with my daughter's complexion that would not leave her skin irritated and sun-sensitive like the products prescribed by the dermatologist. The acne facials and products she uses now have truly been lifesavers. She is no longer self-conscious about her skin (because it looks great!) and being in the sun is no problem.

When I saw the results my daughter was getting, I started going to Heidi just to take better care of my skin. I love the facials, which she adjusts according to what my skin is like from visit to visit, and have definitely noticed that my skin is healthier and more rested looking when I get regular facials. I love that she is so generous with samples, which allows you to test the waters before buying products. It's nice to try things without feeling pressure. I have consequently found a few products that I think are very effective for me.

I would highly recommend Heidi to anyone faced with skin issues, or just looking to take better care of their skin.

The results I have seen under Heidi's care are AMAZING! I have struggled with lumps and bumps on my chin and neck area for years, in addition to mild overall acne. I have visited a few different high end salons and seen several estheticians over the past 7 years. No one, and I mean NO ONE was able to solve my problem. Heidi was the first to listen carefully to my concerns and develop a treatment plan for me. With a combination of extractions (her method really gets everything out without leaving red marks afterwards) and recommended skin care products, my skin is clear and smooth. Heidi is a wonderful, kind woman who is relaxing to be around. She really cares about me and my skin and I am a customer for life. I have recommended Heidi to friends and they all love her, too. I highly recommend Heidi!!!

I've been going to Heidi for years now. She has shown me how to take better care of my skin and feel good about how I look. Heidi makes suggestions about skin care products, without pressure to buy them.

You'll feel relaxed, rested and never want to leave Heidi's spa room.

i recently found Skin Renewal and so happy with the wonderful personal services by Heidi. My skin felt and looked glowing and beautiful after the oxygen treatment and facial. Heidi is very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. She made me feel like a queen, i can highly recommend her to anyone!
p.s. boy, my eyebrows look great. Shes a real artist!

as a teenager with acne i am so happy with the results of the treatment with Heidi. my skins already clearing up and my friends are commenting on how clear and good my skin looks, that makes me so happy! i like that she uses goood products and advised me on products to use at home and im not having to take perscription to clear my skin. i saw the resluts very quickly, i think the LED light is cool and has helped alot. i also like how Heidi explained everything very clearly to me and my mom. Heidi is so nice, i really reccomend her to anyone who might have problemed skin!
