I have owned three Hyundai's in my lifetime from other dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best. The manager was eager to assist me with an issue I was having with my radio and promptly got my car serviced. I would recommend the service department to anyone who is looking for quality and honesty ... at every visit!

Dealing with Stephanie was an enjoyable experience. She was professional, returned my phone call in a timely manner. She was polite, listened to what we wanted on the car and found us exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Piazza.

We were so pleased with our experience at Piazza Hyundai. The sales staff was very patient and not aggressive at all. Everyone was so appreciated as we wanted to take our time while purchasing and they were very accommodating. Best buying experience we ever had!!

The dealership and sales staff did a top-notch job of getting me the exact car I wanted. It took a while, because my Veloster was in such high demand, but in the end it was very well worth it!

The entire sales and service team at Piazza Hyundai are exceptional! I have never had a better sales or service at other dealerships. Dennis in the service department are incredibly knowledgeable and the entire service team is great! I recommend Piazza Hyundai to everyone!

This was the best buying experience that I have ever had and I am 67 years old. The salesperson, Rodney Francis, was outstanding. Great mix of knowledge of the vehicle and how much to explain and in what sequence. No hype, no pressure, easy to negotiate. As a result, I have recommend Piazza Hyundai and Rodney Francis to several friends already.

The sales person, Mike Wilkinson, was very knowledgeable, helpful and eager to assist in any way. I purchased a manual, which was hard to come by and even during the wait, Mike kept in touch and quickly closed the deal when it became available

We had great service from Stephanie Kimbro and the rest of the staff at Piazza Hyundai. She went above and beyond to get us in our Elantra and was very animated thru our time together. My brother-in-law bought a car from Stephanie in 2009 and highly recommend her. Thank you for having great people like Stephanie working for you. She was funny, answered all our questions in detail and very friendly.

The overall service was truly relaxing and the gentlemen went out of their way to assist me with any questions or concerns. This is a great service department and Hyundai should let customers know how nice Piazza Hyundai is.

I was told I'd be contacted by various departments (which I have) I was told that I'd be contacted when it was time for the various servicing, I liked this feature. I was anxious to get my car, due to it coming from another location,but the entire process was painless.

I am very pleased with my new vehicle! I shared with the dealership, that I was on a timeline for that day, and they made everything happen in that time! I will be going back to Piazza Hyundai for my next vehicle.
