Paul from PDQ was extremely nice and wonderful to work with. He PROMPTLY called me within minutes after I submitted my request (it was 9:30 at night) and was extremely helpful in determining the problem and what to do. He had a new hot water heater ordered and it arrived on my step the next morning . He was understanding, professional and really nice (as were his men who installed it). When I called later that day with a slight problem, he quickly came right over and figured out what to do. I would definitely call him again.
