We hired Spectrum to redo our shower on a limited budget; our primary concern was mold removal and preventing the formation of any new mold. We had just purchased a home and were running out of money on repairs and updates to the house. I met with him on a Monday evening, I had a proposal by email on Wednesday, and Thursday I had a hard copy of the proposal. He was very patient while I waited on another contractor to call back with a proposal. He was up front with all aspects of the remodel that I was planning. He initally told me 14 January as a start date but due to cabinet delay he did not start until 19 January. I even got a chance to put a hammer through the wall during demolition. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up daily.
