Glass Experts

These people obviously do not know how to run a business. I wouldn't use them and I would suggest that others dont take a chance with them.
I emailed them asking for a quote on glass for my table tops. "Jay" emailed me back and quoted prices for 1/4 inch. No other information.
Since I had looked around, I had noticed that all other companies offered table glass in a larger thicknesses, not 1/4 inch.
I emailed him back, I was very polite, I just wanted to know -
1) Since I was using this in my family room, should I go thicker. I did say I noticed that other companies generally quoted thicker, BUT not in a nasty way. I just wanted his opinion.
2) What kind of edge was included in the quote (i.e. pencil, chisled etc.)

I received no reply. I waited a couple of weeks, and emailed him again, no reply. I had wanted to try to use a business from our town, which is why I waited for a response, but never got one.
I wouldn't trust a business that can't even get back to you with a simple question!
