I am almost afraid to say WOW THIS PLACE IS GREAT because EVERYONE is going to go and the place will be packed...This place is a real little gem in Burbank. My husband and I accidently stopped in before we went to the Burbank AMC movies (down the street). Luis and Michael are unbelievable Sushi chefs..The food is VERY fresh, the portions are more than generous and it is ALWAYS 50% off..This is our favorite place and we go atleast 3 times a month. Everyone is very friendly!! You really need to check this place out and make sure Luis or Michael take care of you...Tell them Stacey and Bill recommended it and they will treat you Xtra "special"
Peace

Sushi Fuji is a favorite of my husband's and mine. I don't actually eat fish, but I am addicted to their fried vegetable rolls, and my husband, who does eat it, loves their spicy tuna rolls. Their prices are reasonable, and they always seem to offer 50% off of their rolls. The music is a little weird for a sushi restaurant though, ranging from 90s, to country music, to stuff I couldn't even begin to identify. I'm not fan of their hot tea because it tastes like there's brown rice in it. But I never leave hungry, and I adore their ginger salad dressing.

im surprised this place is usually mostly empty when i go, because the rolls are fantastic. i never used to like cream cheese in my rolls until i had their Baked Salmon Roll which is ridiculously good. the price is a little on the pricey side (roughly $30 for two) but its worth it, and they also give you decent portions. GO NOW.

This is a korean-owned sushi restaurant but they always welcome people with "irashaimase" (japanese welcome). The service is great and they have 50% off sushi (selected) all the time. The service is always quick and friendly and it's never super crowded. The location is great though, in downtown Burbank.

This used to be where Sushi Zawa was, then they changed it to sushi Fuji. It's alright. Same set up, but they're offering happy hours to get the crowd coming in. The sushi is okay. The prices are okay. I haven't been here when it's busy, so it's easy to get a table. I miss the old Sushi Zawa, but this will do.
