We took our cat, Felix, to Animal Hospital of Willow Street after he had gone missing for over a week and returned home injured. I called at about 11am and they gave us an appointment for 12pm. They were friendly, knowledgabe and very experienced when it came to dealing with our very unhappy cat who needed five injections. All the other vets we had been to ended up sedating our cat prior to giving injections but not this group. They were able to keep him calm enough to do a thorough exam and administer the shots. He wasn't even difficult to transport home after they had finished with him. I highly recommend this operation for your pet care needs.

I have some distance to travel, but it is worth it. My first dog as a patient there, and because of the doctors and staff at Willow Street, my new puppy is also a patient. The staff really cares about the animals.
4I have 3 dogs & 2 cats, & have used this hospital for years. The place is small enough that I always get personal attention, but big enough that I can get a last minute appointment if I need one. The doctors have even seen me after hours & didn't charge me an extra fee (tho I can't say how common this is). They also offer boarding, & I like the idea of a vet being on call in case of emergency. One of the doctors even delivered antibiotics to my friends home once on a Saturday afternoon! I can't imagine using anyone else.
PROS: Friendly, Caring Staff & Reasonable Prices Doctors who go out of their way
CONS:

Willow Street Animal Hospital is an alright animal hospital but I have been to better. I went to this animal hospital with my sister and it was okay with the people we had dealt with, but the one lady was extremely rude and disrespectful to another customer (patient) that was on the phone. If you go there it is a nice vet but some of the people that work there get annoyed and agitated easily.
