Thank you Miss Faith. There can be one employee that changes the way a customer views a business. I arrived at Denver Airport and went to the Budget counter. I reserved a full-size but the car still was too small. Faith was at their "fast-break" counter outside and walked over and told me I am not going to fit! She helped me into a bigger car with no extra cost.

I have since joined their express service and now try exclusively to rent with Budget. My first trip after to LAX I enjoyed when the bus stopped and the driver announced, "First stop - Fast Break customers". Everyone else looked around and I got off and my car was waiting with keys on the dash. No standing in line.

I just took a trip to Colorado 2 weeks ago. When we arrived I would have to say the service was pretty good. They lady at the counter was a bit of a speed talker, but I was just trying to get in and get out since I had my 5 month old daughter with me. The lady upgraded our vehicle to a larger one for the same price which was wonderful, and as she asked us about all the coverages and extras I said "NO" so she preceded to say initial all the areas I've circled saying you have declined....so I did not knowing I had just gave budget an additional $100 which I would never get back. When dripping the vehicle back off "With a full tank" the clerk checking in the vehicle said "oh that's too bad" you already prepaid fuel ($106.00) when you signed the agreement. You can take your receipt in to see if they will credit it back, but they usually don't. The man was rude and not helpful what so ever. I did call the next morning to the 800 customer service line, and the man was nice and said to fax over everything which I did and that he would have no problem crediting back my money. I was very happy, except I never heard from anyone for another week. So when I called to find out where my money was, they said the rep noted on the account "Declined" Because the receipt showed the 14th instead of the 15th when we dropped it off he would not refund our money. We had filled it up the night before so that we could just go straight to the drop off instead of making additional trips, and they refused to accept that. So on top of the $106 they took from me, I put $75 additional in gas to fill it up. I would say "stay away" from Budget. Rent from Enterprise instead!
