Answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable with the repair decisions that were made. When you know enough about what you are doing and can explain it well people will always feel comfortable working with you. The repair man "Jason" did an excellent job fixing my Whirlpool washer. He was professional and friendly. My washer never worked better and I am referring Quality Appliance to all my friends. Thank you.

begin with calling to delay the appointment time TWICE, brought broken repair parts and said it wasn't his fault, didn't bring everything he needed and talked about charging a trip charge to go get what he needed and how nice he was for not charging me three trip fees (!!) wanted to use my kitchen carpet as "an old piece of carpet or something to move the stove with"- spoke poorly of the service guy who referred him(?!?) -what a piece of work this guy is!
