Fire & Ice

My visit to Fire and Ice Grill was the worst dining experience I have ever had! If you enjoy loud, chaotic, crowded environments in which you stand most of the time and prepare your own food along with poor, described at best, service then this is your place. Our dinner party enjoyed one beverage a piece, and waited the entire evening for refills. Our waitress barely visited our table, a few of us had to resort to ordering drinks separately at the bar, and then come back to our table to finish our dinner. The tortillas were cold and felt like they had been served directly out of the package. I have been a server myself for a very long time, and I can relate to being busy on a Friday night, but this negligence was beyond anything I have ever endured! To top off this evening, I spent the night in the emergency room with bacteria poisoning due to under cooked chicken. I would have to say that I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This new restaurant is definitely a cool place to check out. They will ask you if it is your first time and if it is they will take you on a tour of the restaurant. You pay one price for all you can eat. They have a loaded salad bar. The other bars have pasta, meats and veggies. The last bar has many different sauces. You make your own creation and take it to the grill and he cooks it up for you! If you are still hungry then you go back again! The atmosphere makes up for the buffet being pricey. Great place to go when you are looking for a new atmosphere, a good time and good food!
