CertaPro of Riverside

I received three quotes and CertaPro was not only the least expensive, Peter provided excellent communication and color ideas as well. Peter was in contact each step of the way and every appointment was met on time, including the scheduled work. The end result was excellent, painters were very neat and everything turned out just as we expected. We are extremely satisfied with the work provided by CertaPro, we will be calling them again for future paining needs.

INITIALLY IT STARTED WELL, THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND THE REP SEEMED FAIR AND WILLING TO HELP. AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE, THERE WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE THAT WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME AND YET I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT. THEN THERE WAS SOME SMALL MINOR THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND I TRIED TO CALL FOR 2 WEEKS AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUES.

THE OVERALL PAINTERS, SEEMED TO BE NICE GUYS AND DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. IT WAS JUST THE MONEY ISSUE AND THE FINAL ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED THAT I HAD THE PROBLEM WITH.

Peter was very professional. So far his follow through is great. It is still to early in the job to judge the final results. At this point I like the way things are going. Hoping his presentation and follow through will give great final results.

Peter was on time and very helpful in picking paint colors. Both painters assigned to the job were hard workers and did a great job. Every room was measured and the bill was detailed in a way so I could see were my money was being spent. Peter was also available for any of my questions. Great job.

My overall experience with CertaPro of Riverside was positive. Peter (owner) performed our free estimate and we were pleased with our quote compared to 3 other quotes we received. My husband and I are very pleased with the paint job done in our family room and breakfast nook area. They were very contious of keeping our home clean and neat as possible while working. We also had our kitchen cabinets stained very dark which proved to be more difficult and time consuming than planned, but overall we are ok with the results. We would definitely recommend CertaPro of Riverside and plan to use them again to paint our home's exterior.

They were very willing to get paint samples to try on the house so I could see how the color changed on the different surfaces. The painters did an excellent job of taping, masking and covering. They were very accomodating and I'm very happy with the exterior paint job on my home.

At first the ceiling was not up to my expectations. I called Peter. At first I did not trust that he would be able to meet those expectations but he did! All I can say is WOW! Thank you Peter!
