I had a 1st gen iphone that I had (unsuccessfully) tried to replace the battery myself, and ended up doing more damage than good.

I figured it would be a lost cause to have fixed but found Quick Fix online. I ended up mailing it in to Quick Fix, and admit I was a little apprehensive. You never know what you're going to get from an Electronics store in NYC.

Would I ever see my phone again?

Not long after I had mailed it in, I received an email saying it had been repaired. Price was reasonable. I had checked parts prices online. Total cost was not much more than the parts they replaced.

Once I got it back, I did have some more issues, but Quick Fix were good at troubleshooting over email. I ended up having to send it back again - Next time I got it back, it was perfect. Great job Chin and Alex!

I highly recommend this company for any of your repair needs. These kind of places are hard to come by...

its so hard to find a great place to repair your electronics ..
i read about this one and gave it a go.. Well, i`m so pleased to say, they were professional and gave me a great price on my I-Phone battery change ! And even spent time helping me finding new charger for it ! No attitude , no delays, Just great help !! i will recommend this place to all my friends and clients ! thank you QuickFIX :))

Finally!! Good computer experts,
I was looking for a good place to take my precious laptop to be fixed and found these guys in Yahoo, at first I was afraid to leave my pc with someone I didn't know, but I have to tell you that these guys are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and affordable!!, not to mention...I like the location of their business, right behind the 'Empire State Building', you can?t miss them!!
I highly recommend them!!

You don't know what you have till its gone, and then hopefully you can get it back. These guys were quick, honest and saved me allot of headaches. Was very pleased with the results and would use them again.

I was in New York on holidays and my laptop crashed. QuickFIX had me up and running in 24hours. Cost was also excellent given the quick turnaround and the new hardware required. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, they were brilliant.

My laptop had a broken backlight and I went to a repair place in Brooklyn first where they told me that my whole screen would have to be replaced, which would cost me over $400. I knew that this was not right so I contacted Quickfix. They took my computer in the same day, and had it done the following. They told me that the only part that needed to be fixed was the backlight. There are so many places in the city that are just out to take your money, I am very happy that I brought my laptop to an honest and reliable company. Highly recommended!
