My fiance found D and O through a friend who also purchased a diamond ring for an engagement. We are very pleased in every aspect of our experience. Oshri was very helpful and honest, which made my fiance comfortable in a some what nerve racking experience. I had to go back to resize my ring because it was a little to big for my finger and Oshri took care of everything and had it fitting perfectly in a day. We would definitely recommend D & O to anyone who is looking for diamonds and jewelry.

I must say, was really nervous about buying a diamond engagement ring so when someone gave me a recommendation for D & O Diamond I gave it a try. Oshrey really put me at ease. We sat down and he gave me the A to Z about diamonds, different cuts - everything I wanted to know and needed to know to make a proper decision. We worked together to design a beautiful ring, 2.53 karats, princess cute with side stones. The diamond sparkled like you wouldn't believe. My fiancee loooooves it and so do all of her friends and family. I can't thank D and O enough for their help.

I recommend this place because you get to deal with a Jeweler and not a salesman in a jewelry store. Oshrey really knew what he was talking about, he wasn't trying to "get the sale" he worked with me to get the ring I ordered exactly the way I wanted it. Getting personal care like that when you plan on spending a nice amount of money is appreciated.

Pros: you can customize, work with a jeweler, less expensive

Cons: takes longer to make, but it is custom not off the shelf

I couldn't be happier with D & O Diamond. I had something very specific that I wanted in mind. A diamond pendant for a necklace that had my initial intertwined in my wife's initial. I had the design on paper but it wasn't likely that I was going to find that. I went to D & O with my design and they were able to replicate exactly what I wanted and create a diamond pendant for my wife that had special meaning to us.

Pros: Customization, personal service

Cons: not open Sundays

My Fiance surprised me with an engagement ring last month. To date, I have gotten so many compliments on my ring that it was even voted the best ring at my work! We just returned today because the ring was a little loose because my fiance wasn't sure of my ring size. They re-sized the ring right there as we watched. Oshri was extremely helpful and I felt completely comfortable. My ring is beautiful, I can't stop staring at it and I recommend D & O to everyone in the market for jewelry.

For anyone who is reluctant to purchase jewelry in the diamond district based on an internet review, I would highly encourage you to use this company.

I worked with Oshri, and he truly went the extra mile to find me a ring according to my exact specifications, and ensured that I was completely comfortable with what I was getting, both in terms of quality and price.

Especially if you have something very particular in mind, it would be a mistake to shop for a ring without at least stopping in to see what Oshri has to offer. I also noticed he has a number of great-looking pieces in stock.

In terms of quality, price and customer service, you will not find a better shop.

My husband surprised be with a Blue Topaz Ring with Blue Diamonds for Valentine's Day. It is absolutely stunning.The craftsmanship is magnificent!!! When he told me who created it for them I just had to write a review. They were prompt and very courteous to my husband and created exactly what he was looking for. Centrally located on 47th street in midtown which was convenient for my husband to get to by train. Thank you much I'll wear it always!!

I was hesitant at first to buy an engagement ring from people I didn't know, but I figured I'd check out D & O anyway. They were great. I was so relieved to come out of there with a beautiful ring at a great price. My friend who used to work with diamonds saw the ring and was impressed.

They gave me all the information I needed and more so that I was able to make an educated decision. Next time I'm in the city I'm taking you guys to lunch!

Cons: Keep in mind this is 47th street, I got a ticket because I parked on 47th street. Go to a parking garage

I was recommended by a friend to use D & O Diamond for my engagement ring. Best move we ever made. The customer service is outstanding as well as their attention to detail, they really listened to what I wanted and came through without fail. The ring came out gorgeous.

Pros: they really work with what you want, they don't try to sell you something else.

To be honest, I did not know what to expect; the only thing I knew is that I wanted to get engaged and a ring was needed. As fate would have it, my girlfriend came across a place while looking to sell back some gold. She mentioned to me that a place she went to had really nice stones and she handed me the card. When the time came to start ring shopping, I called Oshri and set up a meeting time. From there, it was one of the best business transactions I ever participated in. I had a specific budget and a vision, and they made it come true way beyond my wildest dreams. Thanks to D & O diamonds, am now happily engaged as they were able to make the custom heart shaped diamond ring I wanted.. Anyone looking for any kind of diamond jewelry, please save yourself the extra energy and go to D & O.
