Excellent. Most all of the pest control companies that have come out in the past were only interested in having me sign an annual contract.

Jesus Mata from AA Parsons Pest Mgt. came out today. Jesus was EXTREMELY professional and easy to talk to. He identified the problem, carpenter ants, and got to work. One the service was completed, he explained the warranty, I paid the bill, and he was off.

GREAT experience!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Parson's to my friends.

Parsons called immediately and was able to come out the next day. The representative was a little late due to traffic but called me to let me know. He worked very quickly and I will use them again.

The representative from Parson's was on time and very knowledgeable. It turned out that I didn't have a pest problem, and he did not try and sell me anything I didn't need. I appreciated that and if a need does arise, I will definitly call Parson's again.

I really liked the representative, Warren Slaughter, that serviced my home. I made my decision between three companies to use Parsons based upon his knowledge, friendliness, and the fact that it was not a hard sell practice technique that he used. I feel that he was honest, fair and did not make me feel that I was making the wrong decision to go with the less expensive option of spot treating. A different company had really pressured a lot against doing a spot treatment and made me feel that if I did not spend 2000.00+ that I was not a good homeowner! While I realize that I may have a future termite problem, the option I chose was a better decision based upon my current situation and needs, and I truly belive that Mr. Slaughter understood and respected my choice. Both of my appointments (estimate and treatment) were made very promptly and they were a few minutes early both times! A different company not only rescheduelled me twice, but were an hour and a half late when they did finally get here. If I ever have a need for a pest control company again, I will definently call Parson's Pest Control.

I was very impressed with the Parsons experience. They called me within 2 hours of my contacting Service Magic, we arranged a time and the representative was right on time. His recommendation was good value and effective.

All in all avery positive experience.
