I received sound advice the whole time and was given the facts from the start. We made an affordable offer in compromise which I was pleased to see was approved after some IRS negotiations on his part. He also helped to extend my IRS deadlines to give me the time needed to make the required payments upon approval.
Pros: Knowledge, Experience, Tactfulness
Cons: Seemed a little pricey at first, but well worth it in the end

Give him the docs and he gives you results. He takes the worry out of working with the IRS on late returns and filings. Sherry is always there to answer your questions.

Best CPA I ever Hired

This Guy really knows his stuff. I paid $10,000 to an attorney who was not able to save me money, only get a pay plan for IRS debt. Mastriano helped me start a new company and get out of all the penalties, interest and half the social security . I only paid witholding and fica tax. Did not have to file offer in compromise, bankruptcy, anything, he just made it happen- No IRS approval. No one else told me of this solution.
