This is one of my favorite restaurants. My family and I go regularly because the food and service are excellent. We have always had fast and friendly wait staff. Whenever we go, at least a few people in our party request changes to the menu items, and our orders always come out perfect, fresh, and hot. The food is of great quality, and the prices are quite reasonable. They give fresh chips and salsa, including a ranch dip and a mild salsa to start. They also have a great lunch menu with specials that are even available on the weekends. It is a family friendly restaurant, with a great kid's menu. Finally, the decor of the restaurant is incredible, making it feel like a real dining experience.

We have been to Salsa's @ City Center a number of times and up until last evening it was excellent. The food and the service has taken a real nose dive. Our waiter got the order wrong and when they corrected the order, what came out was NOT what we had experienced in the past. We ordered the Chicken Fajita Salad and the meal was extremely small with VERY little chicken. It was almost as if the restaurant staff was getting back at us for telling them that they got the order wrong. From when we got our meals to when we departed, we had to wave to the waiter to get him back to our table. NO service. VERY lousy meal. We WILL NOT be back.

My boyfriend and I go to Salsa's at least 3 times a month and we love it. We have tried others even the new one down the road and none can compare. We always come back to Salsa's. The food is great and so is the service

I visited Salsa's for the first time on Friday, July 30 with my children and a large group of friends.

My son has Celiac's Disease and cannot eat wheat gluten. I discussed this with the server who assured me the tortillas/nachos were made completely from corn. I went on to explain about my son's disease and that the kitchen will need to be careful in preparing his food. I asked if they could wear clean gloves so they do not contaminate his meal with wheat gluten from someone else's meal. He assured me that he would take care of it.

My son ordered the shrimp nachos. About 1/2 way through his meal he became violently ill and was vomitting on the table. He filled 2 chip bowls and had to run to the restroom. By the time we got home, he had a severe headache and a rash covering his upper body. He was in tears for 2 days.

My complaint is that the server knew the situation and never once offered an apology. The manager never came over to check on my son and the chef never made an appearance. To top it all off, I still had to pay $9.45 (plus tax and tip) for a meal that never left the restaurant.

If the situation were handled correctly, I would have become a loyal customer. However, my feelings are that they only care about making money and nothing about their customers.

I am very disappointed to say the least.

Well, I must say that my first time going to Salsa's was on Friday Oct, 23. It was a group of us there from the office that I work at for my friend's farewell dinner. I can honestly say that I LOVED IT!! Everything from the ambience when I first walked in, to the staff, to the food and the the great tasting, oversized margarita!! If your ever up for late night, clean fun...you can also go to Salsa's around 10:00 or later because they turn one side of the restaurant into a dancing club!! I enjoyed it so much, I went back Saturday night too....I don't know how to Salsa that well, but in the two nights I've been, I've learned a lot! Can't wait to go back next weekend.

Food great but when my husband and I were going to our car in the parking garage we noticed 3 males leaving the back door to the restaurant to go to a car and drink beer we watched them for about 6 minutes before another employee came to the door and then they went inside. You ask me those three are bad for business and for innocent people on the roads. Our friends, family, and us will not be returning

Located in City Center. Me and my girlfriends go there sometimes twice a week for lunch, so needless to say, we love it! The chips and salsa are the best around by a mile.

The chips and salsa are very good--just the right amount of bite to the salsa. Service is always prompt and cheerful. Parking in the city centre garages is close by and free. My mushroom quesdillas were a bit heavy on the oil, but all the other entrees were good.

Located in City Center. Prices are very reasonable and portions large. Good selection of beers and mixed drinks, very good Margarita's in an assortment of flavors. The menu is quite varied and there is something for everyone. The seafood chimichangas are very good and never disappoint. I like the tacos. Worth the trip and reservations are not needed.
