Our son attended Country Day for 9 month, until he was about 2 and 1/2. Our son loved to go to this school. They are laid back a bit, but very serious about the Montessori way. They do not use punitive punishments, rather they use redirection. The grounds are amazing and the teachers truly care about the children. My son still talks about them and it has been about a month or two since he stopped going.

When I was exploring daycare options for my child, I went to Country Day Montessori. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. On top of that, I got a very bad vibe when they told me I could not take a look at their room (it was not nap time or anything of that nature) and they would not provide an explination of why... they totally brushed it off. I left there and thought I was clear that I would not be contacting them, yet they kept contacting me... even prepared papers to fill out! I addressed my concerns with the owner and it completely went over his head. He had the nerve to offer a "discount" even though I explained to him that money was not my issue. He became angry and like I said, very unprofessional! This place is just looking (actually hoping) to fill spots and I do not think they care for the kids nor the parents.
