I called them and hired them to do air conditioning maintence. I decided to go with their service package that also included a plumbing inspection and discounts on any repairs/work that needed to be done.
Both the AC guy and the Plumber were on time and were very helpful in letting me know what they were doing and why they were doing it. The AC repairman had to climb on the roof to get to the unit and he wound up going up there about 5 times. But he never complained or ojected.
Both men were very helpful.

Their technician, Rich, was out to my house within an hour and had my root fop A/C up and running. He was courteous and very informative as to what the fix was. I never felt that he was rushing through the task, but constantly working on fixing the problem and at my request looking for areas of concern.

We also spoke of new A/C units as mine is 18 years old and will soon need replacement. I will surely go to Parken and Sons for this work, based on my experience with Rich.

They called me on Sunday when I had just made the inquiry the previous evening. They even came out that day to fix my air conditioning problem. The man was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love the TV commercials which is why I contacted them in the first place. They were every bit as good as the commercial said!!
