Recently purchased diamond bracelet from TraxNYC, I thought that it was a scam because the price was way to low... But when I got that bracelet it was a real deal. I don't know if they are stole some items from other stores to be able to sell it fornsuch a low price. Great job!

I was on tour and stopped over in New York for a day. I had been shopping around online but wasnt comfortable making such a large purchase without seeing the jewelry first hand. I found the address in the Diamond District and headed over close to after hours. I got hustled by local dealers all the way down the street then came to the Trax NYC address. It was tough to find (as they are tucked away and upstairs) but when I did I was pleasently suprised. They invited me into the showroom and my jaw dropped! Absolutely AMAZING showroom! I told them I was searching for a custom white gold chain and they showed my around.
I ended up finding a one of a kind 14k 32" chain with 8.9k of diamonds set in it. It was about 4x what I planned on spending but I was pretty set on it. I tryed to negotiate the price but they assured me it was already ROCK BOTTOM. When I did the math, they were right. I got cold feet from the thought of making such a large purchase and left. I got 1/2 way down the street and reconsidered. By this time they were closed by I called and told them I was coming back for it. They again let me in the showroom and Mike T. brought me into his office. He let me test out every diamond and the gold as well to make sure it was authentic and exactly what I wanted. I work for a pretty off the wall company and he enjoyed hearing tour stories for about an hour after they were closed and showed me tons of other jewelry. I made my purchase and couldnt have been happier. I now have the most amazing and one of a kind piece of jewery I could ask for. They treated my like a friend and I will deffiantely be back again and wouldnt hesitate to order online having seen their showroom and knowing the quality of their merchandise. Real Talk! :)

30 inch polar ice chain. very satisfied went to a jeweler the guy could not believe his eyes specially for the price paid! also got a iced out I-gucci, its been appraised for over 3 times the price i paid. amazingggg

I bought a gold 20" Figaro chain for an incredible price! It was shipped fast and I even got a free pair of earrings with the purchase! I will check out TraxNYC FIRST when I am looking to buy jewelry in the future!

Bought a bracelet for myself and my girlfriend last month. I was obviously not impressed. It looked great on the pictures. But it was really not the case. It looked like diamonds were smashed in the jewelry and cracked. The diamond cut was also very bad. I called them and they asked me to send the jewelry back, which I did. Last week I received them so. But there were no repairs done, or something changed. So I called them again and complained. Which ended in a less violent discussion. They yelled and screamed that it was exactly the same product at the site which they had sent to me. Which it clearly was not. Dare simply not it send it back to them again. So here I sit with worthless jewelry for $ 2500.
Thanks for nothing Trax.

I bought a gold chain in dec the 2010th As was the incredibly poor quality. It was not possible to see if it was gold or steel. And weight were incredibly low, too. Have not gotten it checked yet in a jeweler. But considering it strongly now I read other bad reviews here. I would not recommend this site to buy your bling.
Just my opinion.

I love the two peaces that I brought for my husband and he LOVES them as well... every where we go, (Vegas, LA, New York) he gets compliments on them.. He always responds that he Wife has great taste and that she picked both peaces.. Every jewelry store that we went into he got compliments...

Christmas time 2010 I bought a diamond quad pendant from Trax .When i opened the box my eyes popped open .The diamonds were so gorgeous.I could not wait to wear it.I was very pleased with my purchase
The pendant is the perfect size
Mike who sold it to me was such a nice helpful guy .
The quality of the stones are fantastic and the weight of the pendant is very nice on he neck . I need a new chain to go with this piece .I got so many compliments everyone wanted to know where i got it from

I heard bout trax well looking at jewelry online. While visiting nyc I stopped by the showroom for a necklace upgrade. They were extremely helpful in my decision and I was totally and completely pleased with the product. I even ended up adding a watch and earrings to the batch. Great prices and wonderful service and prouct can not be beat. Thank you!

Where do I start, in the summer I was looking for a nice chain and diamond cross. I could not find a local jeweler to match the price for the same type of chain from Trax so I wanted to deal with them but I wanted to work with somebody to tell them what I want and what I like and man did they come through! It was nicer in personal then the pictures and I got exactly what he said I would get. I took it to my local Jeweler and said he could not touch it for the price I got it for. Needless to say I was very happy with everything!! When I get more money I will buy from them again..

I was searching for a special ring as a gift from my family for my 50th birthday. I chose the ring online and I was so pleased with it when I received it - it was even better than expected.
There was a slight delay but the customer service was top rate. I have recommended Trax to my friends here in Australia.
