I've been to this salon a total of 4 times and have never had the hair cut that I wanted. The customer service was ok but my stylist was always late. I even brought pictures the last time I went and asked the stylist to cut it exactly like the picture. Needless to say, I still didn't get what I wanted. I think the price they charge is not worth the cut you get!

Very friendly staff, they go out of there way to make sure you are happy, very relaxing atmoshere, the prices are reasonable with this type of salon, They meet my expectations.

BEST SALON IN MADISON by far!!! when i first walked in i was intimidated because of how beautifully decorated and put together the salon looks....but from the moment that i was greeted by the front desk and then my stylist, i felt comfortable. i had waxing, hair cut and color done and knew that i was in good hands throughout the entirety of my visit. each technician went the extra mile to make me feel pampered! i was given an amazing shampoo, my waxing appt. was virtually painless, and the cut and color were exactly what i asked for. i can see why rz and company is the best in madison.....they treat their customers like royalty!

A friend of mine went to RZ's because she was told it was a very nice salon. She made an appt. to have her hair highlighted and cut. They did a consultation, which she thought was kind of a neat idea, but instead it came back to haunt her. During her consultation she expressed her concern for her roots showing and the stylist recommended that her hair be done a certain way. She challenged her recommendation because she had never had it done that way before and the stylist assured her that it will turn out great. So she agreed to the procedure. Unfortunately when she was done you could still see the roots and that made her alittle mad. When you have your hair highlighted you expect two things 1. It will revived your haircolor. 2. It will cover the roots. Who would you pay $100.00+ and still have your roots showing and be happy about it? When she mentioned to the stylist that she was unhappy because of the roots, she agreed with her and said that she would redo it. My friend left the salon discouraged but happy that they were going to fix it. Then, she received a call from the salon saying that because she had agreed to that procedure during her consultation that any redoing was not going to be free of charge-what? So she called them back and they wouldn't help her. They recommended a procedure, that in the end didn't cover the roots and they refused to fix their mistake. I couldn't believe it! She left 2 messages for the manager and she didn't even think that it was important to call back a customer that was unhappy. I am shocked that a salon of this caliber doesn't care that a customer is unhappy. It amazes me that they would rather lose a customer then spend the small amount of money it would have taken to fix the mistake. Needless to say we have told alot of people about the poor customer service and will probably be contacting the better business bureau.
