Jason hooked me up, because of scheduling conflicts, with his man James Balazs who is honestly one of the best trainers I have met. I have worked through about 3 trainers and I can honestly say James has by far been the most knowledgeable. He pushes you hard to achieve the goals you want and understands the effects of supplements and diet have on your body. All and all I think the Jason & James team is an excellent place to at the very least try, if not commit.

You will absolutely get results working with Jason Kozma. He is no joke. If you don?t get results, there is actually something wrong with you.

I had worked with another personal trainer shortly after I had gotten engaged. After 6 months, I did not achieve the results I was looking for because 1.) I?m the type that needs strict discipline and they were more focused on developing a friendship with me 2.) I did not have a diet plan that complemented my workout regimen.

He did a body fat analysis (monitored every 2-3 weeks), put me on nutritional plan (which he monitors weekly), and a cardio + strengthening regimen. You WILL start seeing a transformation within the first 2 weeks you start working with him. He will make adjustments throughout the process as needed. He is focused on your success, and he will motivate you to achieve your goals.

What I couldn?t achieve in 6 months, I achieved in 10 weeks working with Jason. He brought my body fat down from 21% to 15%. I now fit size 2 clothing & dropped 2 jean sizes. Most importantly, I never felt better and looked great for my wedding day.

He is hard working and very motivated to getting you the body you want. He also expects the same motivation from you. I was a client of Jason's a couple of years ago, and I have never been in such good shape since. My mother is one of those people who repeats things over and over again, and she never stops reminding me of what good shape I used to be in. She keeps saying, remember when you were working out with "that guy,
I couldn't believe you could look like that." Of course since then I have been preoccupied with other things, but if I wanted to get into really good shape again
I would go see Jason. Also, I think that since then my muscle tone and shape is different than before I started training with him. It did change me overall even though I haven't worked out in a while. Anyway, he's a really great trainer, and if you want to get into great shape you can't go wrong with Jason.

His constant attention and positive attitude keep you focused on your goals - a burger and fries are no match for Kozma, he will win that fight and keep you on that treadmill. Two months into it, I'm already down two sizes and people have stopped calling me ma'am. I can also do more crunches than my military friend. Hoo-ah!

I've been very impressed with everything from how keen he is in identifying what I as an individual needed in terms of nutrition, supplements and excersize (one size does not fit all!), to just the integrity with which he manages his business. It has been life changing for me. I have been working out pretty vigorously on my own 4-7 days a week most of my adult life, but have never been able to achieve the results I got from with Jason in just 4 weeks! I've recommended him to everyone including my parents.

If you have a vision of what you want to achieve, dont mind hard work, but cant stand spinning your wheels, Jason is your guy.

I trained with Jason for over 3 years. During those years I have never felt or looked better. As I have gotten older, the importance of living a healthy lifestyle has dramatically increased. The demands of work make the process even more difficult. However, Jason manages to find a program that works with anyone's chedule no matter how demanding. Besides organizing the very best workouts for me, he also organized a diet plan and followed up
diligently to make adjustments to ensure I met my goals. Anyone who is serious about being healthy, feeling good and looking great should call Jason. My only regret today is that I have moved to China for work and I can not convince Jason to follow suit to continue training me.

Could Jason be the best trainer to walk this earth? Yes... He very well could be. If you've plateaued like I did or even if you never made it anywhere near that plateau, Jason can help you achieve things you never though possible. He has helped me in more ways than just looking better... Although being in the best shape of my life isn't bad. I feel better on the inside and I'm living a much healthier lifestyle than ever before. Everything he taught me I will remember forever. I hope to train with him in the future whenever I can and I'm recommending him to all my friends.

Almost everything I thought I knew was wrong and Jason is still helping me re-train, but the gains have been nothing short of amazing.

Jason's program puts together the complete package of diet and training. The two are absolutely inseparable (as I found out) and Jason doesn't just suggest a diet plan, it's a constant part of the training as he makes adjustments every week to find out what works best for your unique body and training goals.

Thanks to Jason I'm not worried about hitting my body's limits any time soon and my workouts are no longer a chore. I look forward to learning a little something new every time I train.

I was never heavy nor thin. Just blah. With Jason I went from 19.5% BF to 8.5%. It has been a lot of hard work but between Jasons knowlede of training, supplements and diet I am finally filling out for the first time in my 36 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AS A TRAINER.
