This outdoor venue holds concerts all summer. There is pavillion seating, which is covered, and cheaper lawn seats. The only problem is most events are "rain-or-shine"

This is quite possibly the worst outdoor venue in the country. After years of complaints from nearby residents regarding the sound, they've adjusted the speaker levels ridiculously low. If you're in the lawn, good luck hearing the performers. The pavilion was poorly designed as well, leaving many partially-obstructed views as a result. Drinks can run upwards of $9, and the food is old and stale. One good point is that there is no charge for parking.

Overall, the Tweeter Center can be a good place to see a concert depending on where you are sitting. In general, the reserved seating section spreads out too far to the side, which causes bad sight lines and distorted sound for those sitting in those seats. Those in the lawn seating also have to deal with the VIP seating boxes hanging from the roof. Otherwise, the sound is fairly good and due to the location in Chicago, top-notch talent can often be found performing.

This is an awesome place to check out a concert. The covered outdoor facility keeps those in seats out of the elements and those in the lawnwell, not so out of the elements. However, the lawn is a great place for lounging and dancing. Several of the performers head back to a lawn stage for a few songs to show those fans some love. Keeping the venue open like this helps tremendously on the echo factor which is completely eliminated, the sound is great. What I love the most though is that this is the cleanest place that Ive ever been to a concert at.
