They DON'T return VMs and if your lucky to get someone to pick up they will put you on hold indefinatly.. We even went there personally and recieved NO HELP!!!

i was there on a tuesday, since school was out there was alot of kids, but none of it bothered me or my friend. if you are a germaphobe or dont like being nude-- dont go. if you have sensitive skin... dont get a scrub... we were able to bring some snacks, so we didnt need to order the expensive food... but if you have the money, knock yourself out! i got the scrub and i enjoyed it. my friend did the aroma oil massage, she said it was so relaxing. everymoment there was spent on a cloud (since i had some moscato in a water bottle ;) mostly only asian or korean, and alot of everyone else. getting there was no problem. im looking forward togo with my sisters... yay

I went there because my husband took me for valentine day.We liked it because it is close. However I did think that a lot there was over priced.Being part Asian we do know that those prices are just true theft. For $20- $30 dollars there are some nail spas that do your hands and feet (Spa pedicure),trim your nails and polish them, they give back rubs.Arm and legs rubs as well with sitting foot .However I did like the spa castle some cost were just to high to benfit digging in our pockets for anything other then what came from the 35 dollars he paid. Not to mention it was hard to enjoy somethings due to the fact people were yelling on cell phones or talking so loud on laptops with skype and the person on the other end just as loud.In the King Spa ,NJ I heard they have a room on the side for internet use. There should be no cell phones. So the rest of us can get what we pay for..RELAXING . To Jane Y King Spa you said is $17.00 .I only found it to $28.00 with ecoupon could you help hey where is the one on Austin st. queens I must be missing it somehow ?

I was not impressed with this place at all.
The massages were terrible, it felt like someone was trying to rip out my spine (mind you i didnt go for the deep tissue massage). The massage was no better than the massages you get for 10 buck on the street in China Town.
Also the workers are rude. It was my first time and no one tried to help me figure out what the hell to do! The spa uniforms sux.
And its disgusting... I got robbed... Dont go there, overpriced .. Go to a city pool, its about the same exp...

My brother bought me a $150 gift certificate for my birthday. I promptly lost it. I called to have one reissued but they said I needed the number. Obviously I didn't have it. Unfortunately I never got to try the place. For the $150 they kept, they lost a lot of business from me. I would have been a regular customer and would have brought many people with me. But as the other reviewers say, they couldn't care less.

I will never go back to this place, its ridiculous.I was shocked to see mothers and their toddlers with a diapers on, in the jacuzzi!! screaming teenagers and very unsanitary conditions. Some people eat in the pools and dont shower before going into steam rooms and the hot tubs.

Its not a place to go and de-stress infact you will leave frustrated and broke.!and the smell of fried food will leave u ill.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would, however, that wasn't an option. I purchased a gift certificate as a Christmas gift for my aunt, and when she went to use it, they told her it had already been used and that the certificate was purchased in Jan 2009. Impossible, I have a bank statement as proof that I purchased it DEC 17, 2009. They were very rude and argued with her that thier records are accurate. WELL APPARENTLY NOT when I have proof from my bank. They proceeded to take the certificate from her and throw it out, stating that it was of no use. They made her wait for 1 hour and when she asked for the receipt back, as proof for her records, they again told her that she did not need it anymore as it was not valid. Had it not been for her daughters birthday, she would have left. Needless to say, they were very far from accomodating even after having approx. 30 pple in the party. We will never go back there, not good business people AT ALL.

Upon arriving we were given magnetic watches to be used for our lockers and ordering food. We were given uniforms and headed straight to the sauna. They have an amazing selection of dry saunas. We tried the Jade, Ice, Infrared and LED saunas. Although it was freezing out we used the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi that are full of massage jets and waterfalls. There was a lounge to watch TV and a sleeping room with a heated floor. The women's lounge area has a section that does not allow bathing suits (lots of naked women). This section has 4 different Jacuzzis, a dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge and plenty of showers. There was a large selection of food and it was pretty tasty too. I order the chicken yaki udon which came up to about $12 and a slushy for $6. The spa is beautiful and kept very clean. This honestly was the best spa I have been to. We didn't get a massage, but there really is no need to. We were there for about 5 hours and every minute felt so AMAZING. I would suggest going during the week and earlier in the day, it started to get a little crowded around 4pm. Try it out for yourself, $35 is a steal.

This is a nice place but very expensive. In Korea similar places go for $10-20. In NJ King Spa goes for $17. Why is this the only place that goes for $50? They dont want Asians to go because they know Asians wont pay this price. Im not sure how much it is in Russia for bath-houses but Im sure its not $50. They know everyone other than Asians are stupid enough to pay $50 for water plus $5 extra to use the gym and $15 to use the pool.

Written up in NY Times. Prices have quadrupled. Fun, but a 2 hour stay for a family of 4 cost $300. Service is mediocre. Refused to let our kids use goggles in pool despite chlorine. Long waits for overpriced food. Charged us $50 when our son lost his magnetic locker key. Couldn't care less when we complained.

This place is *amazing*. For a reasonable price you can have access to 4 levels of a spa that has bade pools, waterfalls (the pressure of the water pounding onto your back is a really effective massage), a variety of saunas (from jade saunas to ice saunas), and a fitness center, to name a few. The facilities are really polished. I would definitely come here again.
