Josh and Paul just finished a great job on fixing my sliding door that had come off the tracks. They always come when I call and will return when they locate a 40 yr. old part for the door. It works fine now but they want to be sure it continues to work. They didn't want payment but when I insisted, they said they would apply it to the next visit doing plumbing. They are always willing to search for parts that save me money and do what it takes to be sure their customers are happy. If a customer isn't happy, he/she must not be communicating with them while they're there.

Superior Service is well named. They returned to put on the part for the sliding glass door and fixed a plumbing problem in record time. If there is a difficult problem to figure out, they are like bulldogs that won't let go until they figure it out. Talk about tenacity! Then they left, honoring what they said last time, that they would apply the little I paid them then to their next visit.

Oh, and Happy Birthday Josh, a little late.

I met Joshua when he was doing some major repairs on my neighbors home as it turned out my home had the same structural problems as did my neighbors home but to a lesser degree.Joshua gave me an estimate and stuck with it even when the job required more work. I am a believer! I was skeptical when I first talked with Joshua because he seemed to good to be true, but after meeting him and seeing the emphasis placed on the customer and over the top attention to detail, I was sold. He was so helpful and constantly coming up with ideas to better our situation, most of which had nothing to do with our physical house, but our spiritual home. LL I think he is the Love GURU. I admit, the guy is a sweet talking, Grizzly Adams kinda looking ladies man. He Played the piano for us and was incredibly smooth. He seems he can be anything he wants cause just about anything he is does seems unreal. I had my doubts, but one thing is for sure...he is probably the most honest contractor out there, you won't find better. He doesn't care about the money, just cares about you. Never knew anyone could be like that. And his knowledge is vast. You can ask him detailed questions about almost anything. We had him at our house for three hours the first visit and somehow he was teaching us about money management and efficiency in our lives. He also helped us come up with a seamless, what he called, Five Year business model for getting out of our current home and into one that is more affordable where we can increase in equity. He's helping us get a 203k Streamline improvement loan and has helped offset our mortgage by 75 dollars a month, but giving us 18,000 dollars in improvements. Joshua, I know your busy, but whenever you like, dinner will be ready at our house. Drop by and let's eat. Charlie says Hi and he misses you being here. We All Miss You. Sandy says she's going to break something just to have you come back and fix it.LOL. You really are a dream. We retained Superior Service USA for all my condos that we managed and they were excellent. They repaired the roofs,windows and concrete floors at several locations professionally, within budget, with excellent results. These guys rock. The best we have ever worked with.

They also performed some unique brick work on an historical building that required the end result to look like it has been around for a few hundred years. Fantastic Job.

Joshua Carpenter is a man of honor and will eat his words before taking your money. He's almost a little eccentric because he gave us a ten percent discount because he was off by four percent. He said he would not be off by more than three percent from the beginning and I told him I wouldn't care if there were change orders. There were a lot of things about our home that were wrong so it was expected to be within 10-20 percent. I have nothing but positive feelings concerning his company's service. I would gladly hire Superior Service USA again in the future without the need to get bids from other contractors. We found our contractor and will stick with him. He has good skill in what he does and is more knoledgeable than most others. I would consider this a world class service.
