High Performance did my home remodel which was completed in October. There were a few snags along the way with scheduling and a few materials came in a little late but as a whole I was completely satisfied with my remodel. I really appreciated the fact that Ken was really easy to get along with and was extremely accomodating when issues arose. All in all I would recommend high performance to anyone looking to do work on their home. thanks again guys!

Sunzeri Construction (aka High Performance Construction per biz card) is the WORST Contractor I have ever used. A quoted 3wk 15 day project turned into an 8wk 55 day project and it still was not complete. For several weeks, there was no work being done at all due to Sunzeri's inability to obtain and retain subs to continue with the job. I had to terminate the contract due to Sunzeri's inability to obtain and retain employees and subcontractors to work on my job. Also the quality of work was extremely substandard and had to be corrected multiple times; some was still not to satisfaction even after multiple attempts to fix. Sunzeri himself never did any of the work and in fact out of 8wks, showed up on the jobsite only 4 times. Sunzeri relies entirely on his subs and employees to make decisions, problem solve, execute the work and review their own quality and workmanship. I never received the benefit of any project management services which was what I expecting when I hired a Contractor. I would not even give Sunzeri one star rating below, but 1 is the minimum you have to enter. DON'T HIRE SUNZERI CONSTRUCTION (aka HIGH PERFORMANCE CONSTRUCTION).

Business Response:

The froess project initially consisted of upgrading a master bathroom with new shower tile, crown molding and paint and also renovating a half bath. The project was moving along smooth and all the tile and molding was completed when the paint turned into a disaster. Mrs. Froess insisted that our scope of work was much more than we actually agreed upon. Even with that being the case I moved forward and agreed to complete the project with the added scope. We did encounter a problem with our painter and the paint work was not up to mrs. Froess' standards but what is not mentioned is the fact that I offered a substantial discount to make up for the painters mistakes which fully covered the cost of a new painter. I can personally say issues do arise sometimes during construction but I believe you should be judged on how you handle those issues and If an issue still remains I would be glad to resolve it at our expense.
