I went to Sear for battery problems. I suspected that the cables need to be replaced. I waited two day to have the problem diagnose that very problem. When they needed to be replaced I was given an estimate that was way to high. I called around for a more reasonable estimate, then I had my car towed to another repair shop. The techs at sears just don't know what they are doing. And, I must mention that I waited hours for the guy at the desk to help me in the first place. It was busy, but not that busy!! When I went to pick up the car the next day- five other people seemed just as annoyed about the wait as I was the day before. I waited , and finally knocked on the managers office door- where three of the service men were just "hanging out" in there. I insisted on getting immediate help- and got it- but, it is too bad you have to "demand" service to get it. I would never recommend Sears in Santa Clarita. Terrible service, and lack of experience makes for a very frustrating experience!
