I went to David's Auto to get my car checked because it was making a knocking noise and wasn't quite steering correctly. The technicians at David's were very knowledgable and got my car fixed within the hour! They have such wonderful workers who care about their customers and not making money. I definitely recommend!

I have been using David's Automotive for the last two years. I started going to them in Dallas, now to them in the Colony. I am always treated fairly, great repair work and their work is done in a timely manner. Their work also comes with a guarantee. I needed a repair facility that does it all. Major & minor repairs, inspections, oil changes----the whole ball of wax. I change my oil every 3,000 miles. They make sure on each oil change that my fluids are full and my tires are rotated. This is a great shop(s).

David's Automotive Repair is by far the best experience I have ever had at any auto repair center. I got a quote for repairs that were so outrageous, that I purchased my own replacement part. I found David's Automotive Repair and they installed the part. After the job was done, I actually saved 50% based off the initial quote from the "other guys".
I dropped my car off at night and David met me after hours, and put my car in the garage so it wouldn't be sitting out all night. I told them what I needed done and they did it. It was actually penny for penny the exact amount they said it would be.
They are nice, honest, and incredible work. If we lived in a perfect world, this would be how all garages would operate. But since we don't, I'll keep going to David's Automotive Repair.

You gotta check this place out. my truck broke down and as many other single Mom (parents) would do i reached for the Yellow pages in attempt to obtain the cheapest estamate possible. i was met W/ much opposition as far as schedualing. Financing.and an overrall apathetic attitude from the most of the Establishments i Sought help from them. however all this changed when I stepped into David's Automotive i was greeted by a courtious knowegable staff that actually cares about the little guy. I shopped around the remainder of that afternoon but my desision had already been made. being mechanicly inclined my self i was sure that i was not only shopping for the greatest deals but also quality work. EVER HEARD OF HAVING YOUR CAKE AND EATTING IT TO? Well now you have I'm Raising 2 kids on my own and i already know that you can relate to the fact that 1. THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY TO DO EVERYTHING THAT MUST BE DONE. AND 2.THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH $$$$$.
This was not an issue with David. I towed my truck to the shop and they took care of me the rest and i do mean EVERYTHING. They dropped me off at work and called me every time a new or additional issue arose. They took the time to explaine in details and made sure beyond a shadow of doubt that i was aware of any further work that was necessary and then explaned why it was necessary. on top of all of this they also offered financing on work completed before the end of that business day. i depend heavly on my truck and use it eveyday to earn a living. my legs were basicly cut from under me. David and his staff treated me with dignity and respect. he reconised the problems i was having and offered a simple economical solution to them.

Nightmare, honestly dont know how they are still in business. Please be advised I am a business owner my self and have never seen such bad service come from an auto service company! I can not speak for everyone but I will say that they took our truck in for service and said they could do a job on the air conditioning unit and lied about having even the proper equipment to do the job. Comming from a family of mechanics dont go here ever! Not only did David not only use vaulger language towards my family but also fired the person who did the work on the truck and said that if we had a problem with the work done take it up with the person he fired! If anyone has any questions about this all you have to do is look at there shop and see all the EPA regulations these people are breaking to get an idea! Dont take my word for it go there and look! Ripped off and Extreamly rude and unhelpful! Oh and he has been sued before!

They looked at my car, wrote a estimate, and explained in detail ever step of the repair and answered all of my questions. David told me himself that he would stand behind the work that he did and if I ever had a problem, to call and he would take of it. I can't belive I did'nt find this place sooner, "boy would I have saved a lot of money".

I was introduced to this great body shop and auto mechanic , auto repair shop in the colony from their first location in Dallas. David at David?s auto mechanic and auto body repair and paint oversees all repairs and makes sure it is done right the first time. He offers a 3 year and 36,000 mile warranty on most of his work and is one of the most honest auto repair shops I know of. If you are looking to get auto repair, body work, auto check up, tire rotation, oil change, AC flush, radiator replacement, auto paint, break repair, break jobs, transmission work, fuel emissions check, or just need to know what that clinking sound is. He has two locations and offers owner financing on most work as well. His wife also oversees both locations, so ladies, there is a good woman behind this honest auto repair shop in the colony AND in Dallas. Finally a auto mechanic you can trust.
