Abdul from Raleigh was fantastic! I live in Holly Springs and my AC unit went out. At 6:45pm on a Friday evening i called and Abdul was here and had it fixed by 8pm... simply amazing. Outstanding service with very good pricing, i highly recommend him!!!!!

The house was miserably hot last night. The air was blowing, but it just wouldn't cool down. Called the big company I have a contract with today -- They scheduled me for an $85 minimum charge visit 4 HOT DAYS FROM NOW !!I called Mills Heating & Air, first time I have ever called, and they called me back twice within 10 minutes, and showed up 10 minutes after that. It was a minor problem, the breaker on the condenser. The gentleman checked both of my systems, and refused to charge me a dime!! All of my future repairs and my next systems will come from Mills. These guys are terrrific. Very responsive, very honest, courteous, and have made my hot miserable weekend disappear. Exceptional customer service.Thanks guys !!!!

I had bought a thermostat and installed myself. It worked through the winter, but learned a very hard lesson when spring arrived. The forecast was for high 80' to low 90's all week and it was a perfect time to turn on the A/C. Well, hot air blew out for almost 2 hours before I realized what was happening.

After calling every HVAC company in the area, the bottom line was at least 100 bucks to come out and switch the wire to the correct setting. We called Abdul and he talked me through which wires had to go where, hence saving me $$.

I informed my wife that we have now found our HVAC guy. This will be the first place we call if something goes bad AND always ask for Abdul!

Abdul was GREAT! He took the time to educate us about our specific air conditioning unit and fully explained our options. The previous repair man that came out from another company tried to immediately talk us out of repairs and sell us on a complete new system. Joe quoted us HALF the price for the repairs and assured us we are likely to get a number of years yet out of our existing system. He was prompt and efficient - also his office contacted us within 5-10 minutes of my inquiry! Highly recommended.

Mills Heating & Air was called because we decided that we wanted a second opinion before we made any decision regarding either replacing or repairing our air conditioner. It is my opinion that Abdul Kharbat of Mills Heating and Air should be everyones only opinion. Abdul was extensive while evaluating our air conditioner and explained to me what he was doing during the evaluation. We hired Abdule to repair our air conditioner and he did a great job. It's great knowing there are repair people that don't take advantage of consumers. Abdule is respectful and honest therefore I recommend Abdul Kharbat for all your air conditioning repairs.
