Deans' Plumbing Solutions

Horrible company in every way. They will try and convince you to move to alternate solutions to make more sales and money. They upcharge all of their products and services. Bad quality work, employees don't seem to be happy. Do not recommend for anything. BBB gives them a good rating but I would not go back by that at all. They may fix the problem but the quality is more than horrible. Have used for a few services and know friends that have and we all agree.
All the owner cares about is his money and that's it.

Very professional and thorough. Fixed my water line outside. The plumber was very polite and informative. I will be using Deans again if I have a plumbing problem. Price was fair, repair was quick.

They came out and did an awesome job at my home!! The customer service was exceptional from the initial call to the finished product. the office staff was so helpful. They sent a technician to my home within a few hours!! The technician and his apprentice were very nice and knowlegable. they fixed my nightmare problem in no time and were very reasonable on their pricing !!! Thanks Dean's !

This is the worst Plumbing service there is. I had a faucet repair that lasted over 4 hours. The plumber stayed in my house repaired my shower valve and then left me with out a kitchen faucet. He left because he said he forgot parts and said he would return in 10 mins. That turned into an hour so I left to go eat lunch when I got back he was there waiting and upset he took his tools and left.

Way over priced!! Their labor charge was over twice all the other estimates and then there was a lot of extra un- specified expense added in.

Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater leaks and charged me all most $400 for that. They did nice work but way over priced. I could of had the same thing done from Lowes with a high hot water heater for half the price. Buyer beware.

American Home Shield sent them out to work my service request. They sent Terry, he was punctual and very polite. He did the work requested without trying to upsell me something that I did not need at this time. He was extremely knowledgeable, and did give me some very helpful suggestions to address possible future problems that could arise in an older home. Would certainly reccomend them from this experience

Dean's Plumbing Solutions re-piped our entire home in less than a week and worked until after midnight the last day so that we wouldn't have to spend the weekend without water! You just don't find that kind of expertise and dedication very often anymore.Chad and Preston were so very nice and a joy to get to know. Actually, we kind of miss them now. They knew what they were doing and explained the process to us as it unfolded.We would absolutely recommend Dean's Plumbing to anyone.
