Our children attend a small private school where budget concerns are often the controlling factor in whether or not our classes can or cannot take a field trip. One of our board members told us about Carolina Livery as an alternative to the traditional charter bus companies. She mentioned that she had been to a large wedding recently where Carolina Livery had several buses transporting guests from the hotel to ceremony to reception and back after the reception. She as well as many around her were impressed with not just the buses and the drivers, but with the Carolina Livery staff they had organizing and directing the transportation. So we called them and they asked us to submit by email a list of our upcoming field trips. A few days later they emailed their proposed pricing for each trip and invited a representative from our school to come to meet the staff to discuss in more detail our specific needs on two of the trips. We met with them at their office near RDU. The staff was knowledgeable and caring, polite, friendly and all well dressed- just was a different picture than we had imagined when we set out to visit a "bus company". We ended up contracting for all of our remaining field trips with Carolina Livery as well as for our fall trips. They worked with us on price and were flexible and understanding about our need to change dates based upon weather, or to add a last minute trip if our teams get into their respective tournaments when the tournament season rolls around next year. Inside the office there were student interns coming and going from UNC and Duke- making for some interesting (but fun) banter in the background. I heard one rep speaking with a french teacher (in french) about a visiting student delegation that was stranded here in the US because of the recent volcanic cloud from Iceland- she was suggesting some possible side trips that would be affordable for the group which by now was out of funds. I mentioned that every other year our school hosts a foreign student group from other countries including France and we have put her in touch with our advisor for those programs. All along the way this was a very good experience. They readily gave us a list of area private schools they were working with and so far all of those references that I have sung their praises. In our meeting they discussed not just how well they felt they could take care of our bus needs- but surprisingly they openly shared how they have handled the adversity when there has on occasion been a break down or a failed AC on a bus - they wanted us to understand them completely. It was clear from all we saw- the office activity, the demeanor of the staff, the photos and signs around the office- this was a company that takes a no excuses approach to their clients' needs and they have zero tolerance for anything less. We booked our first trip and it went exactly like we believed it would. The buses were EARLY. The drivers knew and understood the trip, the route, and the rather complicated split schedule we were running with each of the two buses. The buses remained with us- this was refreshing as we have often had buses drop us and then weather or plans change and we cannot find our buses or drivers. This company deserves a very close look and after my visit to their office and after experiencing their service I am a big fan of Carolina Livery Our school looks forward to the year ahead utilizing their service.

I would like to compliment BROCK on the excellent job he did with our group. The kids loved him and we (the parents) thought he was very conscientious about their safety! We would gladly call on you again!

If you ar a service provider of any sorts, don't bother calling this organization. They appearantly don't need anyone's assistance with anything. They ask if you are a vendor, and then hang up on you.\r

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS A LYING EGOTIST! He is a lying inbred douche. His lies are so easy to see through, but he will insult your intelligence by claiming they are the truth. Do business with this spoiled douche at your own peril.
