The staff is definitely upholding their name up high. They arrived at my grandfather's house on time and did an excellent job with cleaning his old dusty carpets. Their prices are decent.

I was cleaning out the home of a passed relative, when I discovered an old persian rug that had been in the family for generations. I remember playing on the rug as a child. Years of neglect left this rug in such a state that I was going to throw it away. Before I did, I called On Time and they sent out a technician to look over the rug. I was pleased that there was no obligation recive a quote, but it seemed a very fair price. I am so glad I went through and had the service done. Now, In my home, I have a piece of my family that I thought was lost for sure.
