Professional Flooring Services is a Shady business

Shady business. Person (Matt Boyce) who did the work did not give me a final invoice with the warranty info. Gave me fake/out of order phone numbers once the service was done. I hope and pray I don't have a problem with his work because I have no way to contact him. If I wanted to refer this person to someone I couldn't because I have no way on contacting him. Very disappointed in his business practices. I certainly hope I don't have any unforeseen problems with his installation because I will be screwed! I hope the person sees this then maybe I can get some type of follow through.

These guys screwed up my floor.

In December, I purchased a wood floor for my rental home. By April, when the floor warmed-up, the floor started expanding against the base board pushing the bottom of the baseboard under the wall and forcing the top of the baseboard away from the wall. I called Professional Flooring Services and was treated poorly on the phone. They refuse to fix the problem. Now, I have a 1/2 inch gap between the top of the baseboard and the wall.
These guys are very unskilled and unqualified

Shady Business

Person (Matt Boyce) did not give me final invoice with warranty info on it as promised. Gave me fake/out of service phone numbers to contact him in the event there is a problem with the installation. I hope I do not have a problem with it because I will be screwed. I am very disappointed with the service because they have unethical business practices--i.e., giving fake contact info, not following through, making false promises, etc.I would not advise anyone to do "business" with them.

Pros: Looks like good work

Cons: No follow through

Install Carpeting

Professional flooring was a great experience. They contacted me immediately, gave me a estimated quote by phone and came out the next day to install my carpet. The quote was on target. They went the extra mile by going with me to pick out my carpet and also shared with me what would be best for the area I was installing the carpet. Professional Flooring went pass my expectation and YES, I will call them again for all my carpet installs. I also would recommand them to anyone I know that need carpet installed.
