We hired Clean Til It Squeaks for an apartment turnover and was quoted a price for the work. When they were done with everything and my boyfriend went to inspect it, they tried to practically double the price. Thank goodness he called me. I'm the one who made the original arrangments and was incensed they tried to pull a fast one over us. I immediately drove over and asked why they were trying to charge more. What resulted was a phone call that got nasty and some very unprofessional behavior on behalf of CTIS. I refused to pay a penny more than the quote as we did not request any additional services. I chose them because of their responsiveness, but they were not by any means the cheapest company out there. They are unprofessional and don't honor their quotes.

the original quote was 310.00 but she said it was 385.00 when she finished thats a big difference in her walk through and initial quote to the end and the garage was not swept out which i assumed would have been done. but the inside of the house was clean although my landlord said she spent 2 additional hours cleaning?? i took pictures after the cleaning and it was clean.

The service was very good. The team did a great job in getting everything squeaky clean. My wife was pleased with the work that was done.
My only advice is improve on the schedule on arrival time.

Yilda and her companions cleaned my house beautifully and I am very pleased with their service. They will be continuing to provide maid service for us on a bimonthly basis. Ms Alvarado was professional, friendly and very competent.
