I put in a call around 6pm b/c my boiler had stopped running. He arrived by 7:30 and fixed the problem within the hour. He was smart, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

My heater stopped working on a Friday afternoon. After calling at 5pm, Remoso sent a technician out and he got here at 7pm and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Charge was $270.

Work was done neatly, on time and perfectly cleaned up. TJ was professional and the price was fair. Whether the duct insulation will save as much as I hope it will, is not to the point. I was satisfied with the level of efficient industry displayed by the installers. If my utility bills go down, I will recommend them enthusiastically.

Very responsive. Knowledgeable service engineers that do what it takes to get the job done. Courteous and fair. This job was a challenge, at best, and Remoso didn't even blink. They came in, evaluated, quoted, and began right away. Fantastic contractor.

They have know clue what they are doing ! They came out late to the job then they were out looking a my air condition they were out there for hours n did not get anything finished . then tryed to charge me a lot of money for nothing .I think this company is run by people that do not know what they are doing and do not care about there customers !

Pros: there is not any pros.

Cons: almost everything
