My first visit to Escape Away Day Spa was absolutely amazing. I had Nefertiti Dream Massage that is a magic combination of deeper than Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and face lift massage. This treatment is absolute wonder that truly brings you to the state of bliss. My girlfriend had Ultimate Reflexology and Hot Stone facial and very happy about the experience. I would try those treatments next time.

Last week I took my mother to the spa for her birthday. She had advanced Radiofrequency Facial and I had Microcurrent Face Lift. Also we both had Hot Stone Massage. We were very pleased with the services and spa atmosphere. We both really feel that spa employees went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Highly recommend this spa.

It was the most fabulous massage I have ever had! I have been to many spas locally and in the Carribean and South America, none compared. Boris was amazing. The pressure was not too strong but strong enough and the spa itself was beautiful. Many treatments not available elsewhere. Hmmm what treatment and room is next? :) A must!

Boris is a miracle massage therapist. I first went to see him because I hurt my back playing tennis and wasn't able to continue my training. Boris had me back on my feet in no time! He worked out the pain in my lower back, which no one else was able to do. That was more than a year ago and I have continued to see him on a regular basis. Good news is I'm back playing tennis and able to play as much as I want, I owe it to Boris!

I just had a Deep Tissue Massage with Boris, and it was fantastic. He has incredibly powerful and very smart hands, and I've never had a deep massage like that before in my life. I have heard only high praise for this spa.

Very nice atmosphere. The medditerrean room has complimentary tea and snacks which are great before and after the procedure. It's peaceful and serene, which makes it great for attending by myself or with a friend for relaxation. Also, I recently celebrated my bday there as a private party, with the sauna included, and all my girls loved it. They set up a table for our food and BYOB. We had the place to ourselves. I strongly recommend it!

Im working on a Cirque du Soleil touring show. I'm traveling everywhere around North America because of my job. This spa's methods are unique, I have never experienced anything like it before. Their professional staff,wide range of services,and relaxing atmosphere make them the best out of many I've visited.

We had a girls night in this spa and it was an amazing experience! I got Russian Imperial massage and it was absolutely amazing!!! My masseuse was experienced and knowledgeable and I enjoyed my massage very much. The whole atmosphere is great, the place looks beautiful and very clean, and the service is exceptional! Unlike many other places, Escape Away Spa cares about their clients and does absolutely everything to make the experience unforgettable and make you come back over and over again (which I cannot wait for)!

Just got Nefertitiy Dream Massage done, it was amazing! I?ve been in this spa multiple times for massages and facials and it never disappoints. Escape Away Spa is truly beautiful inside, it has gorgeous interior and tranquilizing atmosphere. The service is always outstanding and prices are very reasonable. They always run promotions/specials online. I highly recommend this spa!

First let me say that I have been to several spas in the tri-state area, and have always had a nice time. I won't mention any others by name, but they are all VERY expensive. One of the best things about Escape Away is the incredibly reasonable prices. I made my own package and paid about half of what I have would have paid at a comparable spa. Getting nearly 50% off of normal spa rates puts anyone in a great mood, but when you see the immaculate and gorgeous surroundings, you will feel as though you were in heaven. Online pictures don't even do it justice. It is much bigger and more beautiful in person than can be conveyed in a picture. You can tell the owner keeps a VERY tight ship, because every time I came back to the waiting area, it was again immaculate as if I had never even been there. It's like people come silently and clean up after everything immediately. Even the bottles and jars the practitioners use were 100% clean and their service areas were all immaculate. The treatments were AMAZING. My massage was heaven and the chocolate body wrap was seriously mindblowing. I can honestly say it was one of the best physical sensations I have ever felt to have the warm chocolate foam slathered on and then be showered off, all while laying down. My facial was wonderful and my skin looks soft, supple, and glowing. My foot reflexology was wonderful also. To then complete all the treatments and lounge in the lovely private dining area was beyond fantastic. The lunch was very yummy and I just felt so incredibly pampered and special. As soon as I complete this review I am going to spend my time looking up what treatments I can have next time and figuring our how soon I can swing going back to the spa from a financial standpoint. I am hoping to return ASAP!!!

I went to Escape Away a couple months ago with a friend who read their great reviews. It was amazing! Alex did my massage and was so good that I said I'd request him next time I went! So I took my mom to Escape Away Spa today for Mother's Day. She had the Swedish massage and I had the Signature massage (with Alex). It was just as great as my first experience. My mom and I agreed they were the best massages we've ever had. And the prices are excellent, especially if you can catch a special! I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

I was worried that this place was too good to be true. It was less expensive but the service was excellent, offered tea, allowed for space to relax. We celebrated my friends birthday and it was well worth it. I would go back again and again. I almost fell asleep!

I had a pre-Mother's Day celebration with friends. I was a spa virgin & now intend to become a regular! It is super-clean, totally zen & every masseuse was undeniably wonderful. I had gotten the hot stone massage & reflexology with Alex. Wow!

More than worth it! Beautiful spa! They thought of everything to make the experience relaxing and enjoyable; soothing music, dimmed lights, relaxing atmosphere. Outstanding service!
People here are very friendly and accommodating. Prices are surprisingly low with no strings attached; no sales pressure, no unexpected extra charges. I had the most amazing signature massage and incredible facial. My mind is stress-free, my body relaxed and my face looks fresh and a couple years younger. The whole Escape Away Spa experience is very calming and delightful.

I have tried many spas and therapists but have found none better than at Escape Away Spa. The facility is amazing, they thought of everything to make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. If you have any doubt in excellence of Escape Away Spa, just take a tour on their website. The place is very elegant and classy with tasteful decor and amazing rooms. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful and their massage is out-of-this-world! If you are looking for the absolute best, you won't find a place that even comes close to this. As far as service quality and atmosphere, I think Escape Away Spa is as good as it gets.

I found this spa online.
The prices seemed low for a spa so I was a little skeptical. I was wrong! I walked in a sanctuary, beautiful world of relaxation and wellness. Front desk girl greeted me very nicely, not surprising by my confused look with mouth agape. I was speechless for a moment. The place is magnificent. To make me wonder even more, my massage was the best I ever had and I am not a novice.

My husband gave me a gift certificate and on valentine's day I went and had a massage & a facial. From the moment I walked into the spa I just felt that it was goin to be great. It is such a calm & relaxing atmosphere. The massage was the best and I can't wait to go and have another soon. It was the first time I had ever had a facial and it was awesome!

From the moment you step into the spa you feel like you've just entered an upscale resort. There are pictures on the spa website, but I was still surprised by how beautifully decorated everything was. I received the "Escape away around the world massage". I loved the entire experience, but the Mediterranean massage was by far my favorite. I now know what it feels like to be a princess :) Everyone was professional and kind. The time I spent at the spa was like a vacation. I am already planning my next visit!

My boyfriend dumped me out of the blue right before the Valentine?s Day. I definitely needed to ?relax and let it go?. I treated myself to a massage at Escape Away Spa and it was the best gift I could give myself. The ambiance was soothing, the service prompt and delightful and everyone was so friendly. They made me feel like a Queen. I had a Swedish massage and am so totally relaxed that I think I will take a nap. What a way to recuperate after the worst Valentine?s Day. I definitely will be back. My husband booked a couples massage for my Valentine's Day surprise (I know, lucky me!) and he chose Escape Away spa since it was near our dinner reservations at Blue Sage Vegetarian Grille.

He made an excellent choice because this is the best spa I have been to in a long time!

When you arrive, do not be put off by it's location...sure, it's on top of a Cold Stone Creamery, but once you enter the premises you are transported to another world.

Soothing music, dim lighting, and whispers greet you as you leave the hustle and bustle of Northeast Philly behind and enter this serene locale.

Relax in the waiting area with light snacks and some wine before being whisked into your private massage sanctuary.

Our masseuses, Julia and Alex, had hands of steel and got out even the deepest musles with the spa's Signature massage (deeper than Swedish, so be warned!)

My one complaint is that, as a plus-size lady, my robe did not quite fit around me and I had to do some "improvising" with a towel. Still, had as much fun and was just as relaxed as the skinny divas strolling around!

We will be back FOR SURE!

I came to Escape Away Spa because I liked how it looked on the Citysearch video and also because they had a great offer ($59 for a Signature massage or a Signature facial). I really enjoyed my first experience. The girl at the front desk is very friendly. My massage therapist was wonderful. The facility is tasteful, clean, comfortable and stunning, like on the video. It's also located well - a hair salon right next door. It is very convenient to get all those things done on the same day. Most importantly, no one pressured me to get additional services. That to me is very important. I recommend anyone to try out this spa. It's really worth it!

I treated my mother-in-law and myself to a full body massage and signature facial. We absolutely loved it!!! We've both been to many spas in the past, but Escape Away Spa is the best experience we have ever had. Everyone at the spa was so welcoming and attentive! In my opinion Escape Away Spa?s impressive interior outclasses Bellagio in Las Vegas. Treatments were fabulous! We will continue going back.

I have been to many of the spa in Philadelphia area and by far the best experience I had was at the Escape Away Spa. I am used to getting massaged pretty regularly due to low back pain and I also have small children who keep me pretty tied up. The staff at Escape Away Spa was so pleasant and kind, I felt right at home.
I was given a tour of the spa and was amazed by the splendor and ambiance of this place! My massage therapist was phenomenal! I haven?t ever felt that way after a massage. My low back pain was nil and I could actually bend over and touch my toes... incredible! This place definitely has my vote for the best spa

This is the first review I have ever written as I am compelled to write about the experience at Escape Away Spa. 12 of my friends got together to celebrate my Birthday at the spa, we had the place to ourselves for 5 hours and had dinner catered to the spa. The spa is beautiful and serene and the services are exceptional! Every single one of my friends agreed that their services were the best they ever had. The Fountain of Youth and the Hot Stone massage, were my services and they were AMAZING! Some other ones that my friends raved about were the Turkish bath, Shiatsu, the Signature massage, the scalp massage and the manicure/pedicure. Thank you Boris and the staff for making this the best birthday experience for my girlfriends and I!
I cannot wait to go back to try some of the other services offered at the Spa
This place is a great find and I am now a returning customer.

SO... now as a return customer I can wholeheartedly say that Escape Away Spa is my new "guilty pleasure"!
As an RN who provides professional skilled services each day, I want to thank Boris and his staff for their wonderfully skilled services.
My first visit to the spa was less than a month ago for my daughter's private birthday party and I was in awe of the special treatment we all received. Having realized at that time the extent my own muscle tension I returned to target my tension sponges... the back and neck area as well as my feet with a repeat performance of an "Around the World" massage. Too fabulous for just a few words here yet again it was a winner! We are lucky to have an affordable opportunity to partake in what so many Europeans take for granted. Thanks again. I found your spa by chance but from the moment I walked in I could tell that you folks knew exactly what you are doing and more important, what people are looking for! I received ESCAPE AWAY DELUXE PACKAGE as a Christmas present from my husband and spent 6 hours in this spa. It is very beautiful and looked like exactly on the pictures and stuff was very polite and professional. I had Mediterranean Massage which was unbelievable. I would recommend Sergey.

I'm a frequent Spa goer (what girl doesn't like to be pampered) and I totally fell in love with this place. So tranquil and relaxing from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is incredibly sweet and accomodating. The decor is beautiful and warm....and the massage was AMAZING!! They have a HUGE variety of massages, facials, baths, waxes, etc, etc...
I highly highly recommend this place if you're looking for an ultimate "getaway".
And there's a Cold Stone Creamery downstairs ;)

I organized my fiance's surprise birthday party at this spa. After reading some of the reviews here and other places, I decided to contact them. The people are fantastic! I spoke with the owner, Boris, 4 out of the 5 times I was there to ask questions and plan the event. He is very nice and willing to bend over backwards to make your event the best it can possibility be. We were able to get them to close the spa for 5 hours for our event, and when we went over the 5 hours, they told us to relax and dont worry about, at no extra cost! Boris also gave my fiance a flower and vase, along with some fantastic snacks, as part of her birthday. I personally did not get a massage (yet) but all 8 people who attended the party were more than satisfied with the quality of service they received. And even though several of them live an hour or more away, they plan on going back! Plus, not only is the services AND people great, the prices are more than reasonable. Do yourself a favor, just get yourself a small massage there and try it out, I guaranty you will be going back for more like everyone at the party plan to do.

I went to my sisters surprise birthday party here today. The spa was closed for us - and it was just wonderful. Now I am not a spa junkie by any means, but I have had a massage or two in the past. This was the MOST amazing experience EVER. I booked the around the world package and well there really are no words. It was truly like nothing I have even experienced in a great way. They came close to having to peel me off the table! Boris and Alex were awesome. I will def. be back as soon as possible!

Please look into this spa. You can not find a better spa experience in Philly. It is tucked away with a group of shops above the Cold Spring Creamery, off Street Rd. in Feasterville. It is eloquently designed with Grecian style tiling, warm candle lighting, and gorgeous stained glass accents. It has a distinct European feel the moment you walk in the door. I have had both massages and body treatments. Both were amazing. I have never had a bad experience at this spa. I had to ask the staff what the ?key? was to such great massage therapists. Each therapist is trained in a special therapeutic technique which is unique to this spa. Only fully trained therapists work on clients. They care about the clients and it shows. One extremely great treatment is the Mediterranean Massage. It is conducted in a heated room where you are treated to hot oil, body scrub/exfoliation and massage. It is truly amazing. The amenities are great too. Robes are big and fluffy, changing areas have hair dryers, lotions, gels, etc. You can shower, change and be ready for a night out, right from the spa. The hours are amazing for those of us who work during the day. Evenings and weekends are normal hours for this amazing place. Please try. You will be very glad you found this place.

My visit to Escape Away Spa was incredible. It was much more than I had anticipated as I have been to many spas and there is no comparison. The entire massage was so relaxing with candlelight, soft soothing music, fragrant aromas, just a beautiful setting. My therapist was sure to inquire if I was comfortable and whether the massage was gentle or intense as needed. She was completely in tune to my needs. This spa is a jewel by itself. The decor is remarkable! I am still amazed by this beauty. Very unique and fabulous place!

Simply speaking, if you want to feel rejuvinated, try the body treatments at this spa! After being referred to it by a friend, we visited it a few times and every time the result was excellent. We used to own a spa in a different state and know the quality of a massage. You cannot find a better one!

This Spa is amazing, I highly recommend to everybody. Once you try the spa service you want to come back. I use their service frequently.
The environment is very unique, relaxing and pleasant; massage therapists are very professional. Spa offers many choices of different massages for decent prices.
If you pick a Mediterranean Massage you will be surprised with unexpected, but very enjoyable moments during the service. Give it a try!

I am very picky about getting a good massage. These days a lot of places just hire low-cost workforce and charge too much for exotic treatments. What I like about Escape Away Spa is that the therapist really works on giving you your money's worth and a truly good massage. Well worth the money and the drive there from Philly. By the way it is awesome looking place.
