The service people are very nice. Unfortunately, I know this very well because I've had my car for 4 months AND EVERY MONTH I'VE HAD IT THERE HAS BEEN SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT!!! If I had known then what I know how, I would have waited for the Infiniti convertibles to come out and purchased one of those. I will NEVER buy another Mercedes. I've never purchased a used car before so maybe this is what I get but supposedly it was a MB "Certified" Pre-Owned, which I stupidly thought meant they had actually checked it for problems. WRONG!!! We've had a sensor go out...trip to the service department. We've had the radio go out...no trip to the service department because it came on again after a couple days (with no explanation) so the service guy and I thought maybe it was a fluke. Then we had the entire car go dead...HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Now, the radio is out again and this time it's going to the service department, regardless if it comes back on by itself. This car is only three years old. We've owned Infinitis for 12 years and had the MB for 4 months. If you add up all the problems we had with our Infinitis over the past 12 years, it would be half what we've had with this piece of junk in just four months. We had fewer problems with a 14-year-old SUV than we've had with this car. I have absolutely had it with this car and these people. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a ploy to coerce us into buying the extended warranty. I had actually recommended this dealership to a couple of people shortly after we bought it but now I will recommend people avoid it at all costs. Unfortunately, we're stuck with it now...I can't possibly, in good conscience, try to unload it on some poor, unsuspecting fool who thinks (like we did), that a "Certified" Pre-Owned actually meant something.

Great experience with RBM North. Since I live out of state, most of my research and communication was done through the internet. I was impressed with RBM's quick responses and no-nonsense approach to making a good deal without a lot of useless haggling. The sales staff I worked with, Mike Berry and Bethany Johnson, are top-rate professionals that understand building a good customer relationship. I would recommend RBM North to anyone in the market for a new Mercedes.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz and RBM of Atlanta - North has been so easy and actually quite fun. This is my first new Mercedes-Benz and I've previously had 13 cars since I was 16. This has been by far the best stress-free experience I've had buying a car.

I initially built my car online at mbusa.com and had it forwarded it to a very nice lady, Bethany Johnson, who is the Internet Manager at RBM North. She introduced me to Adam Denault, my sales consultant, whom I highly recommend. Adam is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and helpful. I never felt any sales pressure, which I really appreciate.

I also appreciate having a Mercedes-Benz dealership closer to me since I'm in Northeast Forsyth County. Everyone there always makes it a friendly, professional and welcoming environment. It's also very beautiful and comfortable.

I also recommend the European Delivery Program if you can visit Germany. Mercedes-Benz and RBM of Atlanta - North couldn't have made it any easier or a more rewarding experience.

RBM North has a great selection of vehicles with knowledgeable and personable staff waiting to help you pick out the car you want.My salesman was Adam Denault and he took the time to point out the pros and cons of the vehicle I was considering based on what I said were my needs and preferences. This is rare in a salesman. It made me feel like he cared more about my satisfaction than his sales numbers or commissions. Very rare indeed.Then, when there was a small issue with the vehicle after I purchased it, the service area staff (both Dan and Duanne ) were just as professional. The car I purchased was 8 years old (a beautiful 2001 SL500) with less than 40K miles and they were willing to replace a damaged interior part for no charge even though the car was outside of any possible warranty.It was a long drive from Conyers to Forsyth County but Adam, Dan, Duanne and the entire staff made the trip worthwhile. Even dealing with the finance manager was a pleasant experience...Imagine THAT!Seriously, you can't go wrong with RBM of Atlanta North!

This was positively the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike Berry, the Sales Consultant, did an outstanding job throughout the entire time I was at the dealership. Mike possesses great people skills, knows and understands the value of building a customer relationship and had my best interest at heart.

This was my first Mercedes purchase as I have been a BMW owner. After looking for cars at BMW dealerships in Atlanta and not receiving any attention while on the lot, I began looking at the c230. I found exactly what I wanted AND I also found the buying experience that was awesome to match.

GREAT folk's. Overall GREAT experience.

I just purchased my first Mercedes from Bill Favini at RBM North. What a great sales experience. I looked at many makes and models before deciding on the Mercedes. What a great car. Bill took care of all the details and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend RBM North and Bill. We will be buying another car from him in the near future.
