An appt was made and kept on time. She outlined what she thought would best fix my needs. When I requested a drawing to be submitted to my H/O assoc. she sent me one. A date to do the work was made and kept on time. Landscaping was done to my satisfaction in one day and everything was cleaned up, and I was told what to do for maintenance. The next day I received an email outlining what I needed to do for maintenance. She will be back in the spring to do the work that has to wait until then. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmen.
